The 4% thing is wrong, bars serve full value, liquor stores serve full value. Gas stations and places without liquor licenses serve near beer, basically same alchohol as cheap bud light or pbr or whatever
Next time you’re in SLC, go back to Temple Square and check out the Lion House. It doesn’t look like you made it there. It’s Brigham Young’s original house and it’s actually been preserved, with part of it now functioning as a restaurant. They have some great old-fashioned food there like homemade scones.
The under 4% rule only applied to grocery stores. It is no longer in effect as of 1 November 2019. The state raised the limit. You were already able to buy higher percentage beer at restaurants and State Liquor Stores.
The Hanson Planetarium is also well worth a visit. Also, the Utah Symphony is one of the finest orchestral ensembles in the nation. Mill Creek Canyon has some truly spectacular hikes.
I liked the Catholic Church suggestion. I for one am not religious but, I would like to go admire the architecture. I have been to Liberty hundreds of times!! It’s a beautiful spot.
It's hard to say that slc used to be my home but it's not anymore. Pullman Washington has become my home after living here for to years. I miss SLC and all of its beauty I miss going to Antelope Island, having fun at Liberty park, going to Cottonwood Canyon and visiting the local zoo
Literally more than 5 of the things listed are boring af. I you come to this silly mormon state see: temple square, downtown, capital building, mountains, park city, the avenues, provo, Spanish fork, Mt Olympus, great salt lake, Wasatch brewery, brio tuscan grill, cathedral of the madeline, emigration canyon, etc.
Nice review man. I was born there and hadn't been to a few of these places. Though, to be fair, it's pronounced Utahans (Utah folk). Makes me wanna go back in the summer.
@Jim Caponzi lies. Mormons practiced polygamy, not incest you simpleton. Oh, and it's near the top of the list in the tech field. Do you always display your stupidity for everyone to see?

#1 should be Costco, the place is huge. It sells everything including refrigerators, large stoves, boats, and 20 kinds of milk

Sold me. I'm going! Thumbs up.
This video made me so excited for our trip! My favorite video out of the other things-to-do too! Thank you so much🙏

Just visited, So awesome
I lived in Salt Lake from 1971 until 1995, I miss it. I lived across the street from Liberty park in 1979
The Hanson Planetarium is also well worth a visit. Also, the Utah Symphony is one of the finest orchestral ensembles in the nation. Mill Creek Canyon has some truly spectacular hikes.
If you're in that area i'd recommend visiting Park City which is like 20-30 miles from Salt Lake City, has lots of bars and very pretty resort town
Conheci essa cidade é muito linda....
You missed Kennecott Copper mine. It would have rated near the top in my list. The open pit mine is the largest in the country.

@Jim Caponzi dude calm down there's no need to come back to a video after two months just so you can bash a religion you don't like.
@Jim Caponzi nope. Athiest from Illinois ( aka spawn of Satan amirite??)

I'm not morman and I know nobody here who is morman but 1 person. And I live here!
trickster33able no because only 40% of Utahns are Mormon
All Day Therapy exactly what I was going to share. It’s Utahns. I replayed it a few times to listen to that part 😂
Micaella Dungan As of 2014, 62% were Mormon. Probably more by now. 😱

Is it cool to visit at end of March or is stil snowing a lot? I do not live in US so I have no idea but I was planning to visit Utah for 1st time.
March is still cool. Usually there's some snow. But you could go south and see the Zions Park and Arches natl. Park.
