I will either be moving to Samsung or staying with Apple after WWDC. I just got a iPhone 15 in March to future proof a bit and seems like going forward it will do no good. The updates alone already kill my phone.

It's restricting on-device AI to only the 15p due to the compute power it needs, and the 15p is the only one with a 3nm chip. Although, it didn't seem to be optimized at the time. The release seems rushed for PR purposes. If the 15p actually gets these features, it's unclear how Apple will differentiate AI in the future iPhone 16 series. Will they rely solely on the usual camera, chip, and faster performance upgrades? We likely won't find out until September, as usual. Traditionally, Apple treats rumors with skepticism. My guess is a new button, better Siri functionality, and probably a photo editing tool similar to Magic Eraser, alongside the 'best iPhone ever made' marketing.

Control center works just fine. What I hope they’d do is:
✅ add location toggle (to work whenever unlocked)
✅ edit control center within control center (current settings is confusing to arrange)

Thanxs 4 this video. I never thought that the upcoming AI features require so much power, that only the 15 Pro & 15 Pro Max, as well as all iPad M1 and higher are capable of handling them.
Fortunately all my devices (15 Pro Max, M1 iPad Air 5 & M1 iPad Pro) will be powerful enough to handle these features, but whether I‘m really gonna use these AI features, is another question, since I think AI in general is not to be underestimated in regards to how powerful they might become in the end.

I am able to see a shadow of my network strength bars and battery percentage on right side when I am in the control centre or few specific backgrounds ( at the exact same place where network strength bars and time is) ,also able to see shadow of time on left notch corner in control panel or specific backgrounds when I pay attention. Is it normal or there is some issue with display??
It looks like burn in, open completely white picture/background. If shadows are still there when you zoom in, it's 1/1 burn in

Easy solution if this is true. You can get great AI features right now on Pixel phones and Samsung phones and Google, Samsung, does not 🚫 limit AI to just their top of the line phones. I just saw a RUclips video on AI features for the Google Pixel 8A which is only $499 and it has all the AI features of Google. Many AI features so if Apple just wants to give AI features to their Pro models, why spend $1,000 for their phone when you can spend hundreds less for Google and get more AI features than what Apple might give? 🤔

Few last software updates on my 14 Pro Max made it pretty bad. Once great, it suddenly drains like crazy now, both when phone is active and on standby. Same settings, same apps. Count in mobile data and average camera usage - this phone is far from lasting whole day.
