Yeah lot of cinema stuff is niche, made to order, and custom/handmade. China is finally starting to lapse that market too though. Like the DJI gimbals is so decent, like the little 100 osmo for your iPhone.

Both Chapman and their rivals Fisher do not sell dollies, they are lease only so its no use requesting a price, you'll never own one.

There is no owning it just like owning a Panavision camera, no such thing this equipment it is only for hire. That being said I'll bet that the lease on this for a normal film shoot (3-4 weeks) would cost more than buying a mid range Mercedes.
Actually it's not a problem to buy a dolly, a lot of production studios actually own dollyes. If you run your own studio, it won't be wise to rent dolly everytime you shoot something.
