actually I was wrong I found a quicker and easier way to Koh Lanat from Koh Phangan and Koh Samui- you do not need to travel to krabi first. Total journey time 8 hours

Does the private van take you all the way to a ferry port and then we have to catch a ferry to Koh Lanta?
