Thank you for this video. You inspire me a lot to go back to this hobby. I would recommend a Dremel work station (220-01) as an alternative to Proxxon although it lacks the automated adjustment feature to obtain the desired level of the blade. With more practice, you'll get there. It is 5x cheaper and more versatile.

Hi, can we use the bumperless N/T MS Chassis part (item # 15384) instead of the standard one? And what would be the overall impact to the build? Thanks

Hi sir. Watched both the FMAR and this MS modification. What chassis is better to choose in both modifcation to race? Thanks

there is no choice of chassis to be the best one~~it is all about track layout~ Such as 2017 Japan cup layout, "MS suspension Flex" is the king on that layout. you have to look at what kind of difficulty setup on track layout~ the car or chassis need to build which can be adapt to the layout~ not the layout to adapt to your car~

Thanks sir. Would you continue to upload tutorials on this build and the needed materials/items to build the ms suspension build? Would like to do this one and follow your tutorials a lot. :) For my 1st car :D

1:36 Wondering some of Japanese racers make their MS suspension or flexible chassis without MF70 system but handy tools only and win the J-CUP or the Championship. What a miracle.

HoustonAzif people didn’t show u how they make it. Doesn’t mean they didn’t use any tool ,there are some alternative tools which can cut ms chassis. If you go to force labo in japan , they sell the special holder vise for mounting ms chassis on top of machine,( m.ruclips.net/video/4d2QXtGqO-0/видео.html ) check out this video. And BTW my video is about how professionally trim ms chassis, and I am pretty sure there are a lot of ways of using different tools to make ms suspension. The point of this video actually is not about tool, it is about where to cut to make ms suspension. It is guideline. Also there are at least 5 different way to setup the MS flexible chassis due to different track layout and your car overall setup...

1:45 Of course there are not only 1 way to modify a MS flexible, some of them are using professional milling machine some of them not. As above, no matter people have that machine or not they still can make their own MS flexible chassis but not just give up. Anyway your works are pretty good and I like it.

if you put chassis in an angle while you cut the rip. it will make sure not touch the surface

quiet dangerous thing you are doing with your fingers..... in some areas, you can always use double sided tape. they hold materials quiet well. (i know you have the new jig tho) just safety first
