i use Dymatize iso100.. but when im a little bit short in a budget i buy Rule 1 whey blend.. cheap but quality protein! Same guys who founded and former owners of Optimum Nutrition.. that's why the quality reminds me of Gold Standard.
I chose ON as my first supplement, really good recovery, can't complain. Now I always experiment and was thinking to try Muscletech the next time but I am going to stick with ON.

ON’s double rich chocolate is the only flavor that does NOT contain sucralose. Every other ON flavor now has Sucralose, which is 600 times sweeter than sugar. Personally, I love ON’s vanilla ice cream flavor and am not against the fact that it contains Sucralose. The flavor is great and I only use 5-6 oz of WATER. Another pro about ON is that there are no peanut, tree nut, or shellfish warnings (top allergies and I unfortunately have all of them).
I'm scared to try different brands and flavours incase I don't like it and will waste a whole tub. I wish these companies sold samples or like a pack of different sachets to try.

I don't trust MuscleTech. I like optimum nutrition, wish they would make different flavors for the 10lb bag. Gonna try Isopure for the next 3 months but optimum nutrition is great, not really tasty
ON flavor is very good! Its not too thick, its like "drinking chocolate in water" like what he mentioned if you know what i mean lol. Its easy to down it as the consistency is very light and not too sweet! Other protein powder just taste too much and thick in consistency which for me it takes longer to drink and i feel like i get tired of the taste and want something else soon.

I normally use Muscletech Whey gold for bulking season, and then I switch off to ON gold standard for cutting down a little.
