Her agent told her she doesnt have to get a letter of release from the old school which was she was studying diploma child care. After 2 months she recieved a letter from her old school advising her she has not met the 50% requirement of passing and told her she has 20 days to make an appeal otherwise they will report to immigration home affair. Her agent told her again not to worry and that her student visa wont be cancelled and they will allow her to keep studying her new course . Should she be worry?

I take 1 semester exchange abroad. My transcript said 1 Feb 2017 to 30 June 2017 (total 5 months). Please find details below: - Total days of study: 639 days - Total Month of study: 639/30 = 21,3 - Total I studied abroad (as written on transcript): 150 days - Total month studied abroad: 150/30 = 5 months - Total days of study (include holiday, outside abroad as written on transcript) = 489 - Total months of study (include holiday, outside abroad as written on transcript) : 489/30 = 16,3 month I wonder if I could get the 2 years study requirement and the 16 months study in Australia requirements? Finally, I wonder if I could claim 5 points for Australian Study Requirement for my 189/ 190 visa application?
I got student visa February 2024 i came in czech republic but i didn’t enroll in.February intake now i got new admission for September. So after finish my current visa February 2025 can i get new visa/ residence permit. Do i will face any complications

How about if my friend was doing Master of Technology from Fed Uni, Melbourne and now moved to Adelaide doing Master of Business Information Systems from Torrens University? Will that affect him while extending his student visa? He completed 2 semesters in Fed Uni in Melbourne and now doing 3 trimesters at Torrens University. Both degrees are Masters and both belong to IT and business analytics.
@@ChannelAMEC he said he tried to contact IIBIT Adelaide which is under Fed university many a times but he didn't get a timely response. So, he himself applied to Torrens University which gave him credit transfers for his completed units (8 units) and gave him COE. In May, he received email from ATMC Melbourne, Fed University telling him that due to non enrolment his COE is cancelled. So, he checked this with his migration agent who told him not to worry since he has new COE from the other University which gets updated on Immigration system. They told him that he just needs to send that COE with new transcript and other required documents like funds and OSHC while applying for extension. Do you think he still needs to get a release letter from Fed University? Will he have a problem just because of this release letter issue?
I guess Release letter is required only when the person has to change the university within 6 months of his studies. But he already completed 9 units from Fed University (I.e. 2.5 semesters) I guess in this case he shouldn't be required.

I am trying to upload my passport photograph and the guidelines say to submit a front view and a back view with a declaration that it is a true photograph and signature. While I have had no problem uploading the front view, the declaration refuses to confirm, because of the image recognition software, I suppose. Is it okay for me to submit just the front view of my passport photograph, please? Thanks

as long as he has been properly released from Feb Uni.. should be fine
