i have been planning to lodge my visa , but have been caught up with problems here and there ...but my university intake is on jan 13th and im not sure if the uni (university of newcastle, newcastle city precinct) has reached its threshold limit...is it safe to proceed to file visa now? (im going to pursue masters by coursework)

Hi. Can secondary visa applicant enter Australiabeforeprimaryapplicant. Visa has bo conditions. Subclass189 already granted. @ChannelAMEC
