Now I’m having to ask for more days to get the money because I just had to pay my electric bill. I only get paid every other week, that’s two weeks from just this past Friday September 10. And my boss just doesn’t want to spend money so I can’t get an advance.
I am a high-school student from a English medium school in India but I have a belief that I can't speak English will and that's true one year back... One year back when I started watching this channel... Slowly but steadily I get better it takes 3 months to be good enough to follow the English they say at a speed of 1.5 Then I asked a friend of my mine to help I started communicating to her in English Join clubhouse to communicate more... And now I may make mistakes but now I'm confident of myself coz I know I am improving.

One of my limiting beliefs that I had was that I thought that all the problems that I encountered, the rejections or the patterns repeating themselves over and over again were because I was being "tested by god", since I grew up in a pentecostal household and my mother (bless her heart) had those same beliefs. It wasn't until I realized that my issues were dictated by the choices I made and mine alone. That there were things happening around me, yes. But my reaction to them were the ones that made those patterns repeat themselves over and over again. If there is a god, he would be a very tyrannical being if he would constantly put you in "tests" just to see how much you "love him" or not. Once I stopped believing this bs, did the work on me, learned to THINK before I reacted, is what enabled me to achieve the level of success that I have. And if you're in a religious belief that tells you that you are not worthy of life, that some delusional guy gave his life to save you from an original sin concept that you didn't have a say on it and didn't ask for it, and that you are worthy of hell and only you are saved by accepting this fraudulent being (if this story even existed in real life or not) LEAVE AND RUN FROM IT, LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! That belief has made more victims than anything else in existence. And trust me, its hard to let go of them when you've been indoctrinated in them for so long. But I promise you that after you pass through the anger, sadness, and acceptance from them, you will truly be happy and free. And don't worry if there is a hell or not. If all scientists, thinkers, inventors and philosophers are in hell, I bet that place already has AC, oasises, and many other grand inventions to help the "poor souls" tolerate whatever eternal damnation this so called "god" has created for us, if he even existed to begin with.

I moved to US at 19 and did not speak English. I was determined to succeed in my new home. I learned English, went to school, became a nurse, worked in one of the top American hospitals, went back to school and earned a Master's Degree with honors, became a manager and bought a home. I became an American citizen too😊!!!
I am struggling with the "I'm too old" belief right now. I started buying rental properties last year and currently own 5 single family homes now. I'm eligible to retire from active duty military in 1 year, and struggling to motivate myself to stay in for a few more years, because staying past 20 years in the military has a very generous pension that grows with every year past 20. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you.” Don't question your material conditions, and if you must, recognize that what you have is only a result of your personal choices and nothing else. Served with a heaping side of Billionaire worship. This concept is no different than the serfs in medieval times who believed that the ruling class deserved to be where they are because of some unquestionable divine intervention. But hope is enticing for a lot of people in poor conditions; As long as the ruling class can convince you that you are just out of reach of becoming rich like them, this tactic will continue to be deployed as long as humanity exists.

I thought I am not smart enough. But,one of my teachers helped me believe. Smartness is inherited it can be deloped by just pushing yourself a little harder. Thanks to her, I the no so smart boy of class stood 1st not only in my class but also in my whole district. This was 4 years ago. But, this provided me with the confidence that I have the power to improve myself. I am the narrator of my own life. Now, I have completed my Batchelors from the most reputed college in my state and pursuing in just one Year I will be a CA. This video reminded me of the tipping point in my life 4 years ago and motivated to keep pushing harder to get the success I previously thought I can never achieve.
My brother taught me how to ride a bike when I was 15. The way he taught me was "Just get on the bike and go." I used to laugh at that memory and now thanks to this video it honestly inspires me more than anything
Limiting beliefs are derived from harsh realities. Much as it is focusing on the negatives 24/7 is a waste of time, fairytale thinking doesn't solve anything either. Anything done excessively limits your chances of success. The solution is to be pragmatic/realistic.
I’m not happy because I intellectually know and believe that happiness isn’t the main priority of my being in this world or the main purpose of my life.

I haven't worked in a couple weeks because of the MA mandate. I believe everyone has a chance for success. Sadly materialistic things can get in the way. My Volvo needed engine work and that was a curve ball. I'm thankful for having a nice car too drive as it may take money but when there is snow on the road I won't have too worry about getting stuck on the side of the highway or Rd because I didn't want to fix my car when need be. There's something satisfying when you just deal with stuff that has to get done. Keep up the great videos.
