Bump up your screen brightness for this one folks…all the calories are clearly interfering with my ability to expose a camera properly 😆
Thanks for joining me for another episode, truly it means the world to me to see so many of you come back week after week...
I’m on the road again for the next week or so, cooking up some more vids, but I’ll be back again this time next week, so I hope to see you again then!

Ketosis through food is a great start, but I've lost 104 pounds and counting through intermittent (and occasional multi-day) fasting. It's better because what fat there is won't concentrate around the belly (ketosis = cortisol) and you won't age yourself prematurely. But whatever gets you started unwinding the impacts of the medical misinformation we were fed our whole lives.
