- So called because "it seemed like a good idea at the time"...today I'm taking on one of the world's most renowned burrito challenges at The Whole Enchilada in Winter Garden, FL.
This burrito is stuffed to the brim with chicken, rice, black beans, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and guacamole and is fabled to weigh in at between six and seven pounds. It's accompanied by a pile of nachos, costs $39.99, but should you finish inside 45 minutes; you get the whole thing on the house, a spot on the wall of fame and a winner's t-shirt!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I honestly don't know why I like this channel so much. I don't even like competitive eating. But every time I get done watching a video I find myself smiling. Must be the Beard's winning personality.
Probably because he leave a great feeling with people.
For me, I started watching beard when I started intermittent fasting. Maybe he’s helped me with my 30 lbs so far…thanks beard.

It’s really his witty banter and conversational skills that keep me watching. The delicious food is a plus. But I really really enjoy his videos where he vlogs and tries multiple restaurants in a day, or goes somewhere with his wife. Those are the best ones ❤

A tip for challenges that include chips with the burrito. Crunch up the tortilla chips and mix with the filling spill out so the chips soften a bit and are much smaller bits.
Watching these vids on a weekend when you're rough is a life changer. Literally sit for hours recovering eating junk food while watching and laughing all day 😂😂
Honestly, this channel is amazing. I’ve been bingewatching it like crazy lately and I’ve made my way 2 years back in time. I’ve been struggling a lot with healthissues these last 2,5 years which has kept me from going to the gym, working, etc. and I’ve also had to made a lot of dietary changes. I’ve been in a really, really low and dark place and I’m still fighting everyday to get back to a normal life. Thankyou Adam for all the positivity and for all the awesome videos. I can’t eat all the delicious food, but watching you stuff your face with it kinda helps, lol! All the best to you Beard!

What I really like about Adam, he is Humble. On the Rare occasion he can't finish the entire challenge, he is most definately a really good sport. Not Grumpy or pissed off just admits defeat and STILL compliments the Staff, restaurant and the food. You Go Adam.....Beat them all!

I've worked in Winter garden and the restaurant's in the area are usually up scale. Thanks for the video and information for the best burrito challenge. This was by far the best looking burrito food challenge you've done. Usually they're smothered with sauce or cheese and this looked so freaking perfect.

I think Eric seems like a great guy but we have many arguments as to why I think your channel is much much more enjoyable. Food challenges are interesting, but I wouldn't have considered them such a hot topic for me to follow. But (especially when comparting your channel to others) the way you interact with the people and places that you visit is a great energy and I find myself diving down wormholes on your channel because of this.
