Maria, this is a HUGE topic but I believe you can do it, you definitely need advice from your doctor or a lactation consulting about how to coordinate feedings! Some nurse at the same time, some do one after the other, it can be done definitely but I know it is challenging!
Came across your videos and I am absolutely thrilled! I am due in two months and still learning (lost as well). Thanks for making these great informative videos.
I use the Dr Browns bottles for my baby because she was getting really bad gas from the playtex drop ins and there great. the Dr Brown bottles are the best thing I have found for a gassy baby. The only thing you said I do not agree with is putting the formula in to the bottle and shaking it up and feeding it to them out of that bottle. This is bad advice because when u shake it in the bottle the formula will make a bunch of air bubbles. always mix in a mixing bottle then pour in the bottle.
if you are b'feeding, I would give just a few bottles per week, no more than 1 per day -- my personal advice b/c when I did more, I had trouble keeping them interested in the b'feeding. Re the nipple flow, I have not done this with trying for a slower nipple, I gave baby what he wanted, but it sounds like an interesting strategy!
Thanks so much for this. We had no idea that there was bottles for the different stages. We will be buying the first three if we can find them in Canada.
I used born free for both of my sons. I was fortunate that the prenatal office I was going to would give those bottles and diapers out at every visit. So I did not have to worry about purchasing bottles.
I'll pass that on to the guy who shot these for me and he'll be devastated!! ha ha but thanks for the feedback!! It was not a high budget production to be honest!!!!

Gunjan Sharma rice cereal is not good..just like eating to much rice it can upset the stomach.

Cloudmom how do you feel about breastflow bottles?
My Avent bottle leaks really bad. where the lid screws onto the bottle. Are they defective?? (I have 2 that look like the first one you showed)
No , I used a vent with my daughter ans it leaked and I noticed a peice came with the bottle s round peice no shown in this video. With out the peice it will leak.

I have 2 avent natural 4 oz and it is so frustrating cause it leaks. Such a disappointment for a very expensive bottle.
i also use avent bottle for my son but they not leak .
its helps prevents gas
How should I breastfeed twins ??
I didn't like the Dr. Brown bottles. I bought several of them and they all leaked. My favorite bottle for my daughter was the Playtex Ventaire bottles!
The only time they leaked for me is when I shook them.
Any chance you've tried the Playtex Ventaire bottles?
Where I buy bottles, the price range $3 to $30. All are written BPA free. Then what's the difference? Please someone reply.
There was very little explanation on how the bottles work and way too much repetition on how the nipple insert works.
Plz add subtitles...
Who's working the camera? He/She is to slow at moving around the camera when it goes closer to what she's doing. :\
