You have to exercise for your heart, and your health...you can be overweight if you want, it's your life, but to deny the benefits of exercise because you don't like it is simply wrong. I love Richard and I knew him when he was on general hospital and building his anatomy asylums all over Dallas but…I had the sleeve surgery. No complications! I sailed through it but I no longer have a stomach. I have a extension of my esophagus and it doesn’t bother me at all. I just only eat a couple of tablespoons at a time. I loved food but it wasn’t that hard adjusting to just a few tablespoons at a time and I lost over one hundred pounds so it did what I needed. I won’t ever have to worry about stomach stretching out etc…now I love Richard but exercise is only maybe ten percent of weight loss. Eighty percent or more is what goes in the mouth!
