Every Marine, Guardsman, Navy member, Airman etc that survived got sent there, serving as a *very low* rank Combine force, even lower than Metro Police

@@marv372 yes, suppersor good but ordinal control all overwatch but i like krugeri arbiter and seraph,krugeri arbiter are ordinal/elite they have a power to control all units and krugeri seraph is lower then arbiter but high for cp and ota
