    After a while I thought this had no effect on me, then one day (after 3 weeks of use) I thought to myself when was the last time I had that extreme exhaustion, when was the last time I had a huge mood swing, when was the last time I felt severely depressed. The answer was every single day before I started taking ashwagandha. This will not make you feel high nor will it make you the life of the party but it will level you, increase your confidence and improve your life just look at the positive reviews.

    • @misspellings
      @misspellings 5 лет назад +4

      nida khan I have purchased both tea ☕️ bags and capsules. Ashwangandha taste nasty to me, so I have my way to take this in.
      I pound out 1 Ashwangandha capsule everyday and pour a little hot water on top of it and stir it until all the bits are gone.
      I don’t like the taste of ashwaganda, so I will get 1 side of a wooden chopstick and dip it in a manuka honey and stir it in while it’s piping hot. I will mix some pure black coffee 100% Arabica coffee with a little coconut creamer for a little caffeine boost. I take 1 capsule everyday in the morning.
      I have the tea but I don’t really drink it because I like the strong affect from the capsule but it is cheaper.

    • @misspellings
      @misspellings 5 лет назад +5

      When i’m feeling like i’m in that fight of flight feeling, I will stop whatever I’m doing and find time alone. I use aromatherapy. I have a nostril inhaler where you put it in your nose and breathe in peppermint and all that minty stuff. I’m always losing that thing like my chapstick. With Ashwangandha, I have been less dependent on it. I bought it from Sprouts.
      I also visit the beach for aromatherapy with my body feels toxic - smelling marine ocean air makes me feel healthier. I live in a very big city with the worst quality air ever. I like to clean out my lungs with the ocean air.

    • @misspellings
      @misspellings 5 лет назад +3

      Ideally, I try to take it in the morning because if I don’t, I can’t do anything well. If I failed taking it in the morning, i’ll make Ashwangandha tea and run out the door with it.

      Thanks for the details - I think that's the brand I tried before - Gaia Ashwagnadha root, which is broken down into 183mg of regular root extract as well as 167mg of root extract that has 2.5 mg withanolides (whatever that means), and supposedly each capsule is equal to 2,700mg of dry herbs. I also have mental health and anxiety issues (lifelong depression and severe anxiety and panic attacks.) How long ago did you start taking Ashwagandha and are there any other things you take or have taken as well? Just read you can take up to 6000 mg a day. If you're taking it for anxiety just take it until you feel ok. I have 470 mg capsules so that's 12 a day at most.
