I love your presentation skills & respect your cooking skills. But I get v distracted by your exaggerated, superfluous hand movements as if u are a signalman directing a jumbo jet on runway. The camera lense is focused at your face & chest (when its not at the cooking). We hv no choice but to be processing your exaggerated, compulsive gesturing. It’s perhaps hard for you to stop them, perhaps an habitual, physiological, psychological phenomenon ? Why not just de-focus the lense at yourself AT ALL except at the end. Many UTube cooking KOLs do not need to show closeups of themselves, but on the actual cooking in progress. One eg comes to the mind: “職人” seldom appears which does not make him any less famous. I hope u take it as a constructive criticism to make the lesson not dizzying😵💫😵💫😵💫to watch.

我自己概做法係鹽糖胡椒粉先撈均在加酒撈加老抽,生抽,油,半粒青檬,半粒黃檬撈均最後加生粉醃1個鐘以上,之後先煎雞翼煎到2邊金黃(大約2邊煎5分鐘中慢火煎)之後加1罐可樂加少少鹽少少糖加埋仲半粒青檸汁同半粒黃檸汁中慢火煎8-10分鐘

佢只是略為煎一下,雞翅未熟。佢呢種煮法是西式,未嘗不可。
