Malpe is near to other city places of Udupi. Delta beach is slightly away from the main part. If you just want to visit and chill at beach, you can stay at Delta. If you need to visit other places also, then malpe, udupi, manipal would be good

Yes the beach is safe! But if there's high tide, you will not be able to get into water. and also there are no washrooms or changing rooms nearby.

Yes. There are plenty of local private buses to Malpe and kodi bengre beach

In Udupi, there is no Udupi hotel.

Hi Srijata, if you are talking about the beach gaurds then sadly no. Its not protected by gaurds.
