Sorry, I do not understand your question. But for each short section, practice both hands at the same time, go slow enough to manage.

Your trillos are falling shirt of quite a number of notes. Which version are you playing? Urtext tells me they have 6 notes! Please could you comment?

Can you play it first with just chords, or simply following the notes or the intervals? Which do you try when you learn a new piece?

I follow the score immediately, both hands. That’s just me, everyone learns differently.

Jane can I just practice the intervals without sharps and flats, and then when get a little fluid the start adding sharps and flats

Is this piece supposed to be fully played in staccato ?

Pause the 2nd panel... my edition said non-legato, that's not quite staccato... in Bach's time, clavichords produced detached notes. some teachers prefer legato. so it is up to you or your teacher, if you have one.
