    You have a great layout!
Couldn’t help but notice that your vans have squeaky wheel-sets. This can be cured with some graphite powder - just run a pencil round inside the pinhole axle box.
I don’t have a layout now - used to years ago, but get my fix through my subscribing to quite a few modern image channels on YT (Chadwick / Everard Junction / Dean Park, etc.) and spent just over forty-one years working on the real thing (in signal engineering).
My mate is building a model railway and I’m looking forward to helping him with it.
    Best wishes from Wirral.

Good to see you back in action again Kevin! Although I don’t own any Heljan diesels I do have one of their Garratt locos which suffers from the same problem, ie “a bit light in the loafers”. I note your squeaky axles, ever tried rubbing the axle points on a stick of artist’s sketching graphite? (I have a spare, be happy to post it to you).

Looks a nice model, but has quite a few issues by the looks of it . I’m very surprised that the Heljanis a lighter model, always been so chunky models. I will be waiting for the suttons .

Hi, I was surprised you saying how light the Heljan 25 is, usually they weigh a ton and will pull a house over............I sat watching your video thinking, Suttons class 25 would be so amazing on your layout, they aren't much more money then the two you have, but oh so nice. Just then you said, I can't wait for the Sutton Class 25, it's blow the socks off these two.................So you'd already thought it too. I have one of their Class 24's, and yes, they are amazing. All the best Kevin, enjoy the show, stay safe, Dave.

Hi Kevin, cracking layout. I don’t know if you follow Charlie at Chadwicks channel? He was taking about Helijans ballast wagons and the various faults he has had with them.

Thanks very much yes I do follow Charlie but not had much time to do much railway related over the last couple of years

Those are some well squeaky wagons! Maybe due to long-wheelbase for non-bogie vehicles?

Heljan just seem crap to me... I won't touch them with a barge pole, wait until you accidentally break something and want a spare part... you've more chance of buying rocking horse s#@t. I've got five locos, 3 class 47s and 2 class 86s that I've tried to get spares for for 25 years and they're just sitting in their boxes probably to never see the light of day again.
