Great video and performance. But a mistake that some people make is: the first part of Nightrain solo is been played by Izzy himself. It's no credited in AFD album, but you can find it somewhere in the web. If you want take a look to "live at the Ritz 1988" and you can ear the solo meanwhile slash plays the rhythm part. Maybe the label didn't want that there were 2 solo guitarrists in the band. With UYI there was better credits song by song...
Yes i knew Izzy played the first solo of Nightrain, you are right, but I couldn't avoid it. I should have put a note about it. We can easily hear it's two different playing and tones in the record. By the way thanks for the compliment! 😃🎸

I'll check it out soon, maybe I can't remember well. Now, on wikipedia it's all written in the right way. So I think Izzy was the real music heart of the band, and Steven the groove machine.
Thank you for the video brother. If you've followed his career, it would be great to make another video on his post-G&R era with the Snakepit, Velvet or even Miles Kennedy and the Conspirators. Driving rain solo is one of his best of all time and it's quiet recent. He's a magnificent guitar player. And you too man!
As a former "back to back album listener" with memory imprinted solos and as a former very amateurish guitar player but with a decent ear I'd say " But it sure was glad to To Know ya" (The Garden) 🎉❤
