Thanks. Yes, in my humble opinion OMD are one of the most important bands in the history of modern music. I don’t know about the finish of the baseboard. Probably just paint it a neutral grey for it to just disappear from your field of view. This layout is about being able to inhabit the scene. To get a feeling of being there. When I’m “in” these scenes, I don’t notice the baseboard edge. Perhaps as I know what I’m trying to achieve, it’s easier to ignore the frame. But, yes probably a neutral grey.
