Hi, I am student of class 9 studying in C.B.S.E board. I brought I.C.S.E. books to revise. I was shocked to see the content in I.C.S.E BOOKS and the beautiful explanation in those books. I still refer those books than guide books for my examinations. I am so glad to hear that despite all pressure in I.C.S.E YOU didn't leave it and decided to continue in the same board. I sometimes think that why my parents didn't joint me I.C.S.E .

I was an ICSE student but now I am in cbse class 12 regular schooling student and also preparing for neet
For 11&12 cbse is best because all the competitive exams follows CBSE pattern not ISC pattern

R uh mad or what!? Syllabus is same from 11th. Explanations r wider in isc nd questions are harder in isc too bt pattern nd all r same in science. Kbhi isc ki kitabe dekhi bhi h. Btw competitive exams follow syllabus of cbse not pattern nd secondly syllabus is same. I just read ncert nd give my isc exams nd meko koi difference nhi LGA. I hardly read isc science as koi farak nhi pdta cox syllabus same h . The only thing i can say tht isc is bit too advance in the terms of giving questions nd uh will end up failing if nt prepared whereas uh can pass cbse easily
Tbh icse has more material for revision so it becomes easy if u manage properly. I'm in 11th isc and so far it's great
Whatever you say but in NEET the competition is very very very very very high , Each year 20 lakhs plus students appear to give NEET where selection ratio is only 1% .
I think NEET aspirants must not waste a single second because the competition in NEET is too high.

To cross the cut off marks is also very difficult.
School + coaching = way to waste of time and no selection in government medical College.
Suggestions
Don't put your legs in two boat there is high probability that you may fall in water and sink.
Sit property in single boat only ( no danger).
If you prepare for NEET well then boards will be cake walk for you either with school+coaching , Na NEET crack hoga Na board's me achhe mark's aayenge.

vro, I used to attend my classes in a regular batch of my coaching classes but due to some problems at my hostel , I was unable to pay attention on my studies so I enrolled myself into the weekend batch of my coaching (and these two days are really hectic as the coaching centre is very far from my home town) but now I have 5 days for self-study...ab mere pas padhne ka time toh zyada h lekin kabhi kabhi aisa lagta h ki koi badi galti na kardi ho mene 🥲

Idk gurl, I am a jee aspirant basically (an 11th grader ) and it feels bad! My school's mid terms are nearby and I am not able to manage all the work load. Everyone says preparing for entrance and School exams are same but we know they ain't the same!

In neet we only required question practice and numericals... But in Boards we need to learn all those stuff by heart...

mein school se ata hu to thaka rahat hun fhir coaching jata hu . fir dono jagha ka homework karne me in hi time khatam ho jata hai. Me in boards ke liye prepare hi nahi kar pa raha hu. Ye school vale bhi yarr bas project dedete hain

How the heck are you preparing for NEET in Class 6 or Class 8 when those classes have close to no relevance with the NEET curriculum?
Moreover, just focus on your school till class 10. Only from class 11 should you actually start preparing for NEET with full concentration.

@@studiousbae It's better to finish it as early as possible... So that there will be no disturbance in January to March in 12th Boards prep and Neet prep......We can focus completely on Revision and Practice.....

I'm Studying in junior college....and my school will leave us on 5'o clock....and I will reach my home at 5:20 and doing my chores it will nearly 6'o clock....I purchased online coaching....their class will start on 6:30 and nearly it will end at 8:20....and it's my second live class I will miss my 1st live class and I should cover it ...it will be nearly 10'o clock.... Need 2 hours at least for studying...it will be 12'o clock.... should get up at 5'o clock and revise the topic for upcoming lectures ....just imagine the students condition who are suffering like me

As an ISC student I can say this that please don't buy ISC textbooks, they have a lot of excessive information even from official syllabus, the values are wrong in multiple places. Physics book has many errors in numericals and theory is very less. The Chemistry book has lots of excessive Data and mistakes are much more. Biology is not updated values of many things are old Ncert and some things which are explained well in NCERT is not well explained in ISC books and the excessive data is almost impossible to memorize.
The books used for this review are Nootan ISC books
