I used to be a night study girlie, but though my focus was highest at night, it definitely affected my physical health, poor sleep cycle, feeling lethargic in afternoon and worse is gained so much unhealthy weight. But now trying my best to wake up early and study and sleep early too. Dear students please remember your health is also very important along with your studies for a better future, so don't neglect it at any cost!!!
I was in the same situation until a week ago. Now done with entrances and I’m focusing on my physical health and fixing my sleep cycle. So much boost of confidence!

Im the opposite. Studying in the morning gives me anxiety cause I feel there is very little time left. Does not matter even if I wake up at 3. At night I'm not in a rush. There is this satisfaction ki khatam hoke hi hum soyenge lol.

In my personal opinion, pulling nighters is the best option for me cause there is no one in my family can disturb me . But the cons is I get distracted easily like if I am searching something related to work . I get in my own world . But pulling an all nighter is also an issue as our eyelids ( especially mine) try to shut down . In contrary , waking up early to study is difficult as I snooze the alarm to get more sleep and hence the day is ruined by not being productive. Di , when u wake up in early morning for the study session u showed. U should have not done the late night sessions as per my conscience you were feeling tired by this much productivity as you can't do both at the same day . U should have done the night study session next after getting good sleep so that your pros and cons would be right to the point . I hope u take note on that and nothing else from my side . Love yaa ❤
Ok... One thing ig u did both study sessions on same day... see this is not how it works. If u have to study at night u need to wake up a little late after getting 8 hrs of sleep... TAMATAR! 🍅 okay so, im both morning and a night person, in the morning the concentration is on point and even they say that the time goes really slow at night, at some part of the video i wanted you to say that morning is better. And whereas at night i feel really highly energectic idk why lmao, but i just do..and well i've only tried once to study at laste night till ig..3am or 2..and yes i was able to study but tbh i way too much excited that i am still awake so, i wont say i had that much concentration like i had at morning. And the 2nd thing is that, which i realised that i am a morning person is that..when i study late hours i have difficulty waking up at the morning..and even if i get habitual..my body would just crave for sleep. Like its not possible to study late night plus go to school and other academies every single day! so i prefer morning. well different people have different ways or perspective about this matter. Personally I love studying at the night! It makes me feel very productive having no distractions! It surprisingly does not make me sleepy until its very late at sometime about 2:15-2:30. The whole day feels unproductive and you will feel less active in your daily routine. Which I don't think is good for your health. le me: sleeps at 11 and wakes up at 4am then sleepy in class. Actually I don't like to wake up early morning but my mom always scold me so i have to😓and at night I will decide to sleep early but nothing happens. Now i wanna tell that like i used to be a night study person or an night owl but you can guess like i was very sleepy in the day and my head hurted so much, and like my routine was really messed up for a year and a half. Then i decided to wake up early as in 4:40a.m to 5:00 a.m and first i felt i couldnt do it but then i got used to it and now sometimes i take a break on sundays.

The way you tested will ofcourse give inaccurate results, you should have same surroundings and conditions in both routeens or else the outer factor will play a big role in disruption for eg night study you did in reading room but the morning one in your room a big change in place !! Try it by keeping the environment factor constant if you want to check your inner factors in both routeens ❤much love❤
What I like about early morning studying is it feels like 1 hour has passed when it’s only been 30 mins- for me it means I’m more efficient with my time

le me: sleeps at 11 and wakes up at 4am then sleepy in class. Actually I don't like to wake up early morning but my mom always scold me so i have to😓and at night I will decide to sleep early but nothing happens. My sleep hours is 5-6 and I always want to eat something....REALLY HUNGRY!!!
The main problem is that I have dark circles and I am 57 kg😱😱 omg!!! and mark above average in some and full in my favorite subjects.

Now i wanna tell that like i used to be a night study person or an night owl but you can guess like i was very sleepy in the day and my head hurted so much, and like my routine was really messed up for a year and a half. Then i decided to wake up early as in 4:40a.m to 5:00 a.m and first i felt i couldnt do it but then i got used to it and now sometimes i take a break on sundays.

The way you tested will ofcourse give inaccurate results, you should have same surroundings and conditions in both routeens or else the outer factor will play a big role in disruption for eg night study you did in reading room but the morning one in your room a big change in place !! Try it by keeping the environment factor constant if you want to check your inner factors in both routeens ❤much love❤
