Thank you for including the navigation instructions, I couldn't find the lounge just by following instructions on priority pass website (near gate 40.. which is not on level 7).

It seems that The Chase Sapphire Hong Kong is one of priority pass lounges…some airlines also used it when they were renovating their lounges.

Same layout and location before Plaza Premium moved/expanded to Gates 35 and 60 locations. And Chase took over the same location since.
Now Priority Pass have access to all three Plaza Premium and this Chase Sapphire lounges.
