Further east, there are sumbawa, flores, sumba, alor, wetar, kei and many more islands. They are relatively untouched by tourism and equally beautiful. Lombok and East Java are gaining popularity in recent years, just because they are next to bali.

The room in that hotel is not king suite room nor presidential suit room, or VIP room. But that hotel is another level, much much better, unbelievable! Blew our mind indeed!

Pardon me if I’m incorrect but I watched a video yesterday where you shared you didn’t like Lombok and that it didn’t live up to the hype. Is this an ad for the hotel or do you recommend Lombok?
Hey! This video was filmed first and it was our first few days (in the north). The hotel zone is great, the beaches are clean but obviously because the hotels are looking after them. We then went to the south where a lot of digital nomads and surfers hang out, where most people go on a budget, and where all the best beaches are - it was a different story there. That’s where we were disappointed because that’s the area so many hype up.😊

You should come to west sumatera..
Yeah they should, but the people of West Sumatera maybe not as open as Balinese, they are very conservative and religiously Islamic, almost like Aceh. So I highly recommend them to do some research on what and what no to do in West Sumatera
