Echo Series Review - Worst MCU Series Yet? (SPOILERS)

- With yet another MCU series out, does Echo deliver? Not a lot of people seemed interested, but then after the trailer came out, suddenly the excitement was there. Is it worth watching, or should you skip?

I did not care about this character and I did not care for this show, so I went in with very low expectations. I ended up liking it quite a bit. The action was cool, but it was the characters and their dynamics, as well as the story of Echo being caught between two worlds that I thought worked pretty well. Nothing extremely great but definitely not the dumpster fire I was anticipating a couple months ago haha. Great review! 👍

As far as my relationship with the MCU, I think I am getting tired of super hero movies. Specifically, I am annoyed with the multiverse concept. I think they opened up a can of worms that you’re only going to get one good movie from (a.k.a. Spider-Man No Way Home). So I watched Echo and actually laughed at some of the scenes that were so ridiculous. But yeah, I pretty much agree with your assessment, though you caught some things I didn’t!
Haha I can respect that! I did love No Way Home, but I will confess I was disappointed with everything since. Doctor Strange 2 should’ve been much better… thanks for the feedback!
As an ASL student, the sign that you used for not very good means “it’s okay (so-so)” it would’ve made more sense to say I don’t like.
Ah, thanks for letting me know! I knew no ASL and so I looked it up on what looked to be a reputable site but I guess not as much! It said it meant “not good,” but maybe “so-so” is another way of saying “not good” depending on your point of view? Idk
Depends. When expressing an opinion, it’s usually paired with another word (ex: so-so good meaning kinda good or so-so bad meaning kinda bad) to be more specific.
