This is a pretty interesting interaction, usually when Alastor is getting angry he intimidates the offender with his demon form. Like he does to Husk shortler after this. He keeps his composer and demonstrates that he is in control at all times, that everyone is but flies to his swatter. But not with Lucifer, he doesn't even try to intimidate him, he just gets pissy and petty. Like he knows hes not the strongest in the room anymore and is throwing a hissy fit.

Yes, Alastor got under Vox's skin, but he always does that. They're canonically hated rivals after all. He still threatens to kill Alastor in that same song, and his last "fuck" is more of a realization that he lost that particular battle. He's still invested in the "war" though.
Of course, I could be wrong, so that's all just my personal interpretation.
