I'm surprised that you weren't concerned about the defense prior to the Oregon game. Everyone seemed to only focus on the low number of points given up. That's good, but the defense looked vulnerable early on in just about every game. I very honestly worried about them facing Oregon, not only on defense but also on offense. If they showed weakness against minor opposition, what's standing in the way of a top-ranked team and a ruthless coaching staff?
The injury to the tackle is the biggest issue facing them. Yes the defense got exposed both the players and the scheme but that’s fixable injuries however in some cases aren’t. I hate Ohio st but people panicking right now need to chill they’ll be fine.
My biggest question is why is the Knowles defensive scheme always costing OSU in the biggest games of the year? Can never seem to get key wins in those games.
I don’t want to hear about “margin for error”. If the Buckeyes go 10-2 or 11-2, the season is officially a disaster, and I have no interest back-dooring into a playoff at that point.

Zen came in the game with 8 min left in the second quarter, and we were down 15-14 and we didnt have to many issues moving the ball.

Jim Knowles game planning seems to be rather poor. His defense has consistently failed to get a final stop to win games.
