Please, if a host is talking about a really special object in their home, show us what they are excited about instead of just leaving the camera on the host. Would have loved to have seen the mirror from the Waldorf-Astoria. Beautiful and unique home and the meal looked fantastic.
I would have loved to have seen that mirror as well. I just thought that maybe the bathroom might have been too small to move around the bathroom.
The owner was discussing the beloved wallpaper in the bedroom, that he has used for a second time in this house...I wanted to see how fabulous it was, but instead, the video became grainy and blurry...did that happen to anyone else??? 🤔
It might have happened to me to , l thought it was a purposely blurry wallpaper pattern .

I loved the home when I saw it in Better Homes and Gardens Cottage Style magazine Fall 2023 edition. It is truly nice to see what can be done with a home that's less than 800 square feet. It is big on style and can be used for entertaining.

Such a delightful venture into the personal space of this charming couple. They host with such ease. Leanne is a natural, her soft dreamy voice lures you in, makes you feel cozy and warm, and tempts you to participate in her epicurean adventure. Charlie thoughtfully restored this adorable bungalow...and I do LOVE a bungalow! I have never been to Roundtop....what a privilege. Loved every bit of this house. As a woman who loves design, the thrill of the hunt and the decorating process....I wonder how you navigate living in a space fully furnished with little need of further design input, based on the owner's asthetic...that would be a challenge for me, as I am a hunter and gatherer myself.

Amazing space! It's a beautiful small, warm and eclectic home.
So often, the carbon footprint and size of houses that are seen on this program is entirely too large. An 8 to 10,000 square-foot home with 3 to 4 people living in it is ridiculous. This house was a breath of fresh air and it was a nice change from seeing all of the McMansions on this program.
Fabulous tour. Their beautiful place looked much larger than 750 sf. And what an amazing meal and delightful guide on how to make the meal. Loved this home/meal tour!
This house went straight to my very limited saved files. I LOVE the colours a design decisions made here. The fact it was also a cooking show!!! Wow. What a delightful couple. And that house!!!!!

Wow. This isn't your typical friend or dinner party. These two are a pair and I really enjoyed both their talents combined! I love the fact that they live in a small home just the two of them. My husband and I live in a 1000 foot square home and would not want a larger space. He loves having a garage though! Cheers! Love this couple!

I was born in the 50s in Alabama. Fish for breakfast is not as unusual as you may think it is. When my mom would do mackerel I would be so excited. It was definitely served Christmas morning.

I really enjoyed this visit. What a lovely couple and home. I am sure the food was especially delicious because she prepared it so lovingly and her energy went into the food. I am anxious to try some cream cheese(vegan) and miso. It is interesting that she prepared the mushroom separately from the miso soup as I always cook the mushrooms in the soup. Also, I always add somer dried mushrooms for a stronger flavor and different texture. I am sure are many different ways to prepare miso soup!

I moved to Austin in 1989 when I was 21 having lived my whole life in small town Texas. I was craving interactions just like these with people who are not unlike these folks. Austin had an energy of openness and acceptance. It attracted people who lived "outside the box." I had to leave in 2010 and it is unrecognizable to me now because it has grown so much. It's good to see that it's still attracting beautiful souls.
