- How to make the most popular ice cream at home - vanilla bean flavor and 2 recipes for ice cream topping - CHOCOLATE AND BLUEBERRY SAUCE
1 cup (measuring ingredients) or 8 fluid ounces = 237 ml
Ingredients:
Vanilla Ice Cream:
• 4 egg yolks
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 vanilla bean grade A
• ½ cup of sugar granulated
• pinch of salt
Blueberry Topping:
• 120 g - 4,2 oz - fresh blueberries
• 20 g - 0,7 oz - sugar granulated
• 2 - 3 tbsp lemon juice
Chocolate Topping:
• 50 g - 1,7 oz - milk chocolate
• 100 ml whipping cream
