RARE 1999 footage of Norfolk Southern cab ride from Norton to Andover Va --for serious railfans only

Railfans! Here's a close-up of Norfolk Southern in 1999. No thrills, just rare shaky cam looks at basic operations such as:
Connecting locomotives
Receiving orders via radio
Flipping switches
Sounding horn
Adjusting throttle, etc...
Setting brake(?)
Cab chatter
Squealing wheels
Includes sections of 11-mile cab ride through Virginia Coal Country.
Engineer, other crew and videographer are unknown.

So this lead unit (6106) is a low short-hood SD40-2 set up to run LHF. The other long hoods were also marked F for being front.
