- Removing Hair bonding glue from extensions/track/weft of hair. I HAVE LITERALLY READ AND TRIED EVERYTHING that was posted. NOTHING works better than this method.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 1. Thin Cloth 2. Flat iron, iron, curlers or anything hot 3. Alcohol pads (optional) 4. Rubber gloves (optional)
I was sick and tired of having to buy new hair, remember DO NOT WET THE WEFT!! do not soak the glue, use acetone, hair bonding remover, any of that BS. This method is the best. And don't forget to wash and condition the hair AFTER you remove the glue. ENJOY!

Honey you should get paid for this idea. Thank you so much and may God continue to bless your mind. Beautiful wishes to you my beautiful black queen. Mwah!
I've been using alcohol to remove the glue since the 90's I have found that if you spray the track while it's still in your hair most of the glue comes off the track b4 you even slide it down your hair strands to remove it. I have never had to use heat. The glue that's left in my hair came out easily with a fine tooth comb. I then would immediately wash and deep condition my hair afterwards.
Yay! Im so happy I helped! I will finally be getting new hair this month for my graduation! This hair lasted me 3 strong years, with this technique!
So, what I've found is that coconut oil, over a period of a couple of days, will completely dissolve the glue. I take a flea comb and and running it through the extensions a bit just to pulverize anything that's left. After that I wash the hair with a clarifying shampoo and that's it. It gets the glue off and also deep, deep conditions the wefts. Thanks for the video.
Joni Deputy how many days ?
Shakira Patterson well, it depends, but in about 24 hours or so it will become diluted goo. Then you can just clean it and it makes the hair soft and healthy too.

I spray WD40 on my fingers and rub it off. Works wonderfully. WD40 has many uses and I just found one more. I also use it to get the glue off my scalp.😀😀
I wonder will this work on my 613....or will there be a black stained left behind from the glue
@@PuddinTane270 it washed right out for me. I hope it works out for you:)
Thank you for this tutorial! My wefts look brand new!!! I'm so glad i kept searching for different techniques because I was going to try the acetone method, but your method is soooooo easy and mess free!!!!
Worked. Like. A. Charm!!!! Young lady, if I could kiss you, I would! Using the rubbing alcohol got rid of the leftover sticky residue that didn't come off on the t-shirt. Pure genius!
Thank you so much ! I’ve spent the last 2 days trying to get it off just making a bigger mess. I did this in like 15 minutes, washed my extensions and laid them out to dry and they are perfect again ! This is the only tip that worked.
This is genius I will try. I'm 34 but back when I was 17 I used to glue my hair in four years I could have saved a lot of tracks and money. I'm about to start doing my hair glue and style for a while so this will help me out a lot this time around
I came across your page and I’m so happy I did. I have went thru a lot of weave just because I could not remove the glue. But once I seen your video and I tried it and it really works. You are definitely a life saver.
Wow I was soaking my wefts as I came upon this video. Lol thank you so much! Your method worked like a charm! I thought I was gonna have to spend all day picking the glue off my tracks but this took me about 20min. Thanks!:)
Oh my goodness thank you so much! I've tried so many different ways. Oil, nail polish remover, clarifying shampoo, picking it off with a tweezers, just about anything you can think of I've tried. I usually use a combination of techniques and lately have been melting the glue with a flat iron and then kind of rubbing it off with a rag. I now feel kind of stupid for not thinking of this technique. ....lol. It seems so obvious now that I've done it. Seriously it works SO well! My tracks look brand new. This is going to save me so much time and money! Thank you thank you thank you so much!!!!
It’s 2020....I’m definitely broke this Christmas and won’t be buying any new weave.....most definitely gonna try this method on some old weave😌😌👍🏾 Thank youuuuu darling
Yesss queen!!

omg i love you lol thanks so much. i tried all kinds of stuff even corn starch to try to soke up the glue. god bless you, love.
Thanks! I did the same haha
Hi, after I seen your video I spoke to a Cuban friend of mine to see how they do on the islands. Girl, she said put in a plastic grocery store bag and rub till it starts sticking lol smh lol. She also said they use mirrors, simple piece of mirror lol.. rub the track on the glass and the glue will stick. But you nailed it for me. Thanks again
@@irisp2906 wow really?!! Maybe I'll make a video exploring these methods!! Thank you! I can't imagine how that would pull the glue that's closest to the track off though. Might be smart to use both methods, mirror 1st then melt/burn the rest?
Thank you so much! Good luck. Did this work quickly for you?
@@lulapaloozah Idk, I haven't tried either method. Yours was it for me! It was
Fast, Easy, and it left my extentions 💯 brand new... This saved me hundreds of

I use it to remove stickers and I just thought to try it lastnight and it worked like a charm. U only need to spray some on fingers and work it in and comb out.😀😀😀

natidiva247 conditioner/oil

I glued some virgin hair onto a dome cap to make a wig 😭 do you think i can them off of it doing this?
Yep
What heat did you have the flatiron on?
Can I use a paper towel as well or just a cloth? Thank you sooooo much!!!
Hey! I explore those results in this video ruclips.net/video/rxB_SAlZhsA/видео.html
Using a paper towell. So u can decide which method u like best. I prefer cloth but take a look at the results in my other vid
I have found the BEST way is to push it with finger pressure on a mirror and wiggle it down the mirror.. it balls up and comes right off then clean the mirror with rubbing alcohol . been doing this for years
Oh my goodness I was about to throw away some good hair!!!! I’m trying this tomorrow love ❤️
wow you are the bomb.com between my daughter and I we have a garbage bag full of hair with glue on it . you are a blessing for sharing this with us !

imma try this... with an iron tho
Lucymarie I have a lot if patience, but would have yo use an iron and thick cloth like paper towels. Just took a quick weave out!
Thats a good idea
Very helpful, great tutorial
Omg i love you for this 😫😫😫
I have a question lease help me, I used this method to remove my glue and re-use it, but the only thing was there was still tacky gooey feel to the weft part where the glue was. Is there a way to remove that sticky goopeyness as well??
Hmm, I didn't experience any goopeynes with mine. You may have to experiment a little. Maybe a higher heat setting? I noticed that the flat iron actually burns the glue off. This heat dries it out and makes it come off. Dry blow drying the weft first, it should make it even more dry, then repeat this process, it will probably turn the glue into a dust that you should be able to wipe off. Try it and let me know!
How do you receive financial donations?
That's a great question. I've never thought about. Thank you for tickling my brain! I should make a venmo or cashapp or something and leave it in my biom because youtube verification puts you through thee motionsss. They refuse to pay you unless you get 1000 subscribers in 355 days! Crazy.
what type of hair u buy that last for years, I'm so bad picking good grade hair.
This specific hair was from True Glory. I don't believe all that "Grade a etc" mess. And i actually still have this hair lol. The wefts aren't in tip top conditon, but the hair is still good! Ive heard a lot of people say that they have gotten bad bundles from them though. I might have just gotten lucky with all of mine.
Oh my god. Thank you so so much.
This really worked for me thank you
Omg! Thamk you sooo much! This info saved me!
Congratulations thank you so very much 💞👑💯🌹🔥🔥🔥😍
