I have 1 evl 12 with 3k Stetson, in a truck and yeah the evl are insane deep bass fir the price, with scar box. yes the amp is overkill but it sounds great hits hard so I can imagine how 2 sound in a good box. Nice setup bro I'm considering getting the 6x9
Yes sir! Skar Audio is the truth! I have the sdr 12s banging on the rp 1,500 amp killing my trunk in my96 caddy. Jus got the ddx 15s and rp 2000.1 amp can't wait to install dem. Also have that same skar highs amp u have. You banging homie
How them sdrs holding up? I got 12s and a custom box built. Haven't hooked them up. This my first skar experience. People hate on skar

the evls hit hard asf, i got 2 ddx 15s and about to build a 6th order in a 92 caprice, im using kilmat sound deadning to stop all the flexing
Got a 94 caprice as well, same wine red as your interior. Got 1 SSA evil 15” on a 3k and it slams the lows. Got 4 6x9 in the rear with super tweeters in each rear pillar with a super tweeter and 6.5 in the front, got the same head unit as you also.. clean built tho
Bro i got a 98 chrysler sebring conv with all skar audio with 3.5 tx and 4 6x9s inside with one skar vxf 12 with the skar box and the 2001.d mono block and my shits banging so hard i love the set up in your ride bro nice video im deff skar for life now

I went from ddx to evl to the vxf. Just go straight to vxf! BIG difference in sound quality.

Can you tell me your mid/highs set up? Which amps? Trying to get something done for my brother in law and this set up sounds so clean and crisp. Also those wheels on that Chevy are the top 2 chevy ever put out in my opinion, other one is the 2017 Denali ones , I like those wheels he got but I like them in all chrome but they look good with them tires aggressive
I have 14 speakers in the car right now. I have 4 tx series 6x9s, 4 tx series 6.5s, 2 super tweeters I can't remember the series, and 4 dome tweeters. I have the rp 2000.1 amp for the subs and I have 2 500 watt amps for the highs. I plan on getting a bigger amp for the subs soon but not to much bigger

Yo with those woofers aint no read on to turn ya bass knob up to the max nor turn ya deck up to no Vol. 22. You might need to get that looked at.
My bass knob never goes to the max.
But it's nothing to look at, I didn't want the set up loud on 5-10 vol on my radio or just a small turn on my bass knob that's stupid. I have my amps set to my liking and if I ever wanted to I could beat way harder. No point

Not enough power and your box is more like 43 hz... and probably on the small side for your amount of power. Build a custom enclosure 4.5-5 cubic ft with 45's and double baffled or braced well, about 68 square inches of port tuned to 32-34 and you will love it I promise you. Those subs want at least the sk4500.1 @1 ohm, could even wire under 1 if your coils allow it. Box rise. If you have d1 subs you can cross your fingers and wire to .5ohm if you have excellent electrical

Car is beautiful. SKAR is not top notch tho bro. I ran 2 Evls in a 4th order on the rp2k. It did aaight. But once I upgraded to my Fi SP3+18 dual 1ohm and the Wolfram 2400.1. Trust me, it was a night and day difference. If you go SKAR, get 2 zvx 15 and 2 rp2k maps. You'll be shtnonm then. But overall, SKAR is a middle of the road product. With poor customer service. Especially that little turd Cuba. He's trash.
Also CAB just released some new 4500.1s. Sick. Also Wolfram has new 5ks. Go big! 1 18" sub. 2 15" subs. Resilient has the Team 18 for 700. Murders shit. Fi has the best Subs. Great price point. Check em out
