DOG WALK PARKOUR?? Math Wood loop, Thurlby - 1.42 mile walk

A great walking route starting and ending at Wood Lane in Thurlby.
Due to flooding and fallen trees, some parkour and wellies or walking boots are definitely needed for this one!

1: Walk along Wood Lane, following the road all the way until it curves to the left at the entrance of Northorpe Lodge.
2: At the curve mentioned above, you'll see a trodden path that goes along side the dyke on your right, follow this. Go Past the first bridge on your right that cross the dyke and keep walking until you see a second bridge with a public footpath post next to it.
3: Cross the bridge and then continue to walk straight on following the direction of the bridge until you come to a fallen tree where the path curves off to the left. Go around the tree and continue walking straight.
4: Along this path it was quite muddy and flooded so tread carefully and you may have to navigate the flooded parts as shown in the video. You will then come to a small clearing where the path continues straight or goes left, turn left and follow this path.
5: The path here is quite over grown but continue to follow it until it intersects another path and you can see out of the woods. Turn left on the intersecting path and follow this as it snakes back through the woods eventually leading you back to the bridge that you came in on.
6: Cross the bridge and retrace your steps back up to Northorpe Lodge and Wood Lane, then follow Wood Lane back up to you parking spot:)
