    For a long time the only emotional relief I would get would be from crying. But crying all time is draining and not practical. I looked every where for advice and struggled for months. This video changed everything for me it actually worked. Thank you so much. Haven’t heard any therapist mention such a simple yet effective practice. Thank you again

    I like to add deep breathing , writing and prayer to process- and get the feeling and thoughts a channel to flow through. It’s amazing how different I feel in a few minutes when my initial overwhelm is sorted out.
