It was very helpful. Now i understand what my therapist ment when she said that the energy can come to me through me doing something beautiful for me. When i said i have no energy.
I really like this short format and this particular video came at a great time for me. Perhaps in the future, you can do a shorter format for something like how to maintain self-care/prevent burnout. Something I have been trying to get my head around is how to make building a new habit sustainable so I don't just give up after a certain point when I start feeling less motivated. Thanks for the videos. :)
I'm subscribed and a member. I've yet to see a video of yours that I didn't like. Great stuff! Have you covered ADHD? My wife has it and it impacts a lot of our lives. I've read a lot about it and attended workshops even, but I'm really interested in your take. You distill complicated topics down to their something very simple (in the best possible way).

I struggle to even realise I'm depressed. It's like I'm drowning in the feeling & the thought of doing something else never occurs to me.
