FLOODED Ohio River, Early Spring Bass Fishing! Plus a Look Ahead to 2024.

Ohio river, Tanner's creek. 50-53-degree water temperatures in early March. The river was almost ten feet above normal pool, and the ramp was flooded with debris. Searching to find the cleanest/warmest water and methodically picking it apart. The bass eventually showed themselves and what they would be willing to eat. All bass were caught on the new chatter bait Evo in black and blue color with a strike king rage menace as a trailer.
Often times early season rains can limit the time spent on the water. The Early spring is the best time of year to get out on the water and catch big bass, which is exactly what my plan was for this video. Don't be scared to get out and fish flooded muddy water in the early spring for quality largemouth bass.

Spinnerbait or chatterbait, they always seem to go one way or the other in that flooded, muddy, shallow water.
