For someone from the Netherlands I love how much you enjoy Dutch theme parks! I look forward to the next 2.5 weeks and all the parks that come with it!
If it wasn’t for theme park worldwide I would probably not enjoy theme parks as much as I would. You make me laugh every day and with Charlotte Appearing in the Vlogs is just awesome and I can’t wait for the rest of your Europe road trip
That was refreshing. Kinda like the old days. New park, nice weather, lots of on-ride goodness. Yep, that was fun. Great to actually see Charlotte, unmasked and up close. She seemed quite satisfied (!!!) by her time on the drop tower. As I've urged you before, buy one.
Now this would be the size of park that I would love to own, I would only add a few more dark rides and a model village as always thanks to you two for showing us somewhere new :)
Love your vlogs about smaller theme parks ! Always great to see that parks with more limited means are still trying to offer the best possible experience !
I remember going to this park as a kid. It was basically a large kid's playground park with a few rides. No roller coasters or any thrill rides. Quite some changes!
Stumbled across you guys during lockdown and subscribed a few days after finding you. It’s not content I would never have thought I would like, but you guys make it feel different. It’s because of your passion! You guys genuinely love theme parks and it shows. No idea if you will see this, but thank you for opening my eyes to a lot of places I haven’t been to!
This park is really neat and unique with the playgrounds there. That Formule X looks like a fun coaster, kind of strange layout, but does look like loads of fun. That one slide that Charlotte went down sure was fast, I couldn't get over how far it launched her at the end! lol
My home park! Man I have a lot of memories here. This is where I did my first inversion (the enterprise style ride used to be where the fountains are on the entrance plaza) and my first thrill coaster. The area behind the entrance has been completely re-themed since the last time I visited. Twitrix is a lot of fun, but I've never had a ride where I spun around that much! With all the playground equipment and relatively tame rides this park was a real blast and still is for kids and young teens. I rate it higher then nearby Duinrel (not counting the Tikibad) despite the fact that that park has some more unique rides.
Hi shawn and Charlotte great to see you together again. Loved this park so nice seeing different parks. I did laugh when Charlotte came down the slide bless her. Love you two your amazing. Thanks for sharing your time with us . Love Tracey xxx
What a lovely "little" park, with lots of fun rides. Feels perfectly sized for families, you dont want to be walking for miles with your kids all days :) That spinning coaster was crazy! :D
Loving the editing here between onride/offride and between you and Charlotte. And Shawn your narration is getting better and better all the time. Awesome channel!
@47:19 Heineken is a local beer there. Brewed in Zoeterwoude, which is less than 25 km from Drievliet. Probably more like 10 km. I sure can believe that. :D
Shaun and Charlotte.. I couldnt click fast enough on play, like and comment!!!!🤪👍😁😁😁 absolutely love your new vlogs! Huge shoutout to Theme Park Worldwide on RUclips!!!🖐🖐🖐
A vliet (vleed) is a canal. In the early days the Park had his entrance on the side where the tankstation is. On that side three vliets come together. So it is called Threevleeds (Drievliet)
Drievliet is a typical school trip park. The young kids go there with their schools. The last time I visited was on a school trip, over 30 years ago! 😱 I remember that rocket ship ride you pointed out in the museum. It was a very primitive simulator, with a movie playing in the front (astroidfield I think) and the rocket tilting and rocking.
Rewatching this vlog after visiting the park for the first time in at least 35 years today. Will be interesting to see what will happen now that Looping Group have purchased it. It can sure use a big tidy up and some new investments.
Excellent vlog . Charlotte launching from the slide was a definite theme park worldwide highlight. I'm surprised they kept the dodgems open (in regards to social distancing ) Stay safe and enjoy the trip ! :)
Drievliet is highly underrated. You can get great deals and lots of re-runs on a quiet day. At 4 hectares, or 8 football fields, it is not a big park, but it has great theming, some nice shaded areas due to trees and a few lovely rides. My personal favorites are Formule X, Dynamite Express and the Jungle River. And drinks and snacks aren't that expensive either ;)
What a wonderful little park. Never heard of this place. Looks very different....think Charlotte slid back to the future on that slide haha. Might be one for the theme park list I think
A fun fact about this theme park is that most rides at this theme park where former attractions that used to travel around The Netherlands and stay on fairs. After some Drievliet decided to purachase those attractions and place them in their park. Nowadays, Drievliet is building their own attractions and tries to theme the old attractions so they don't look like fair attractions anymore.
The is probably the best promotion for them since their social media does not seem to excist.. This is a cute lil park. That slide tho 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 get ready for the launch loool!!!
Have you guys been to Tusenfryd in Norway i think you'll like the wood coaster there when it was builded it was the tallest/largest wooden coaster only toped by colossus in heide park
@@ThemeParkWorldwide if you ever decide to come back to the states shawn, there's a couple of theme parks in Oregon and Washington state and Idaho I'd LOVE to take you to please
Happy to see you followed my suggestion to visit Drievliet, another nice small park is Drouwenerzand in Drenthe, it is all inclusive (icecream, soda's and snacks), in the same province as Wildlands Zoo were you went earlier. I think Charlotte will like Mondo Verde in Landgraaf a lot, that is a combination of a Zoo with attractions. It is in the far South of the Netherlands, the only hilly part of the country. Enough to score new material for your channel.
Amazing vlog once again. Thanks for creating these for us who aren't able to go out just yet. That spinning coaster looked SO intense! Made me dizzy just by watching. Have a good rest of your trip! 👍
Love how you pronounce our names! Drievliyet. Just got back from “hellendoorn” with my friends, and this just completes my day. Loved your channel for so long now, realised i wasn’t subbed..? i was slow in the head not pressing the subscribe button before. Keep this “optimistic, happy” attitude!
How the heck is formula x a Maurer. I don’t see the signature style of it. B&M coasters rattle, intamin have fast smooth launch and are known to be really well put together.
seeing you guys on the break danse reminds me of the Astro Dancer - Dino Dancer - the dymano at Alton Towers. i miss that flat ride alot. good to see that there are a few examples around today. :)
Drievliet, This is one I've not heard of. Maurer AG? Shawn, is this company still around? I've not heard of them. The layout seemed quite low for the most part but it did look to be very smooth.
Loving the positive athmosphere in your vlogs! And thank you for also visiting our smaller themeparks. This really makes my evening :D If you've been wanting to try any other beers in the Netherlands: Grolsch and Hertog Jan are also very popular here ;) Have a fun Europe trip! And don't let yourselves get down because of all the negative comments about the masks, nobody wears them here and in some rides its prohibited to wear them (like Fenix at Toverland). I've seen in your other vlogs that you are really trying to follow the rules of the country as good as you can!
TPWW helps me get through my days and all the park vlogs and travel vlogs are INCREDIBLE!!! Theme Park WorldWide is the best!
Thank you so much for your kind words and support, Charlotte and I really appreciate it!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide shaun do you have patreon?
Nice to see the 2 of yous back on theme park duties Extreme G❤️😎✊🏾🪐🌌✌🏾❤️😆🤣💃
That slide had me in stitches... Charlotte nearly landed back in the UK!
We had such a laugh!
At what time does that happen i missed t 😂😅

I absolutely LOVE when Charlotte describes a ride. You can feel the emotion! “That was absolutely DISGUSTING” 😂
We have such a laugh!
She's often right lol
I love Charlotte’s obsession with small drop towers. She’s in her element when she’s on one of those.
She absolutely loves them!
Will you be doing a flamingo land vlog sometime when you get back from Europe. I’m wondering when the 10 inversion is going to be ready. I can’t wait.
46:54 Charlotte what kind of beer pour is that!! FOAM!

It’s great to be back in The Netherlands!
A seal is called sea dog in Dutch, hence the choice of it on the “dog ride”
Thanks for the information!
same in german "seehund"

Plus, it's a seal "pup"? They do have a great sense of humour!?
this European road trip is great!! so many vlogs for us🌍!!

Theme Park Worldwide no thank you for making all of our days and you make us laugh every day in this scary time
In the Netherlands masks are only required in places where it isn’t possible to keep 1,5 meter distance . Like public transport or airplanes
We used to go to Drievliet when I was younger all the time! I loved the park. It was only 20 minutes from home so we could easily go. Loved it!
"I don't think it spins that much" famous last words
So glad you got out to this park it’s such a small underrated park with great rides
It was great to explore it finally
I miss Jona Corona 😢
He was great at Bellewaerde!

Absolutely creased when you got on that spinning coaster xD
Just went to Thorpe Park for the first time after watching your videos, LOVED IT! 🤩
We’re glad you had fun
That barn and those singing goats and cats 🤣 Charlotte's face looked disgusted. Made me chuckle.
Now this would be the size of park that I would love to own, I would only add a few more dark rides and a model village as always thanks to you two for showing us somewhere new :)
Charlotte flying off the slide is the best moment of this vlog! :)
It made my day when Charlotte fell of the slide😂😂
It was so funny!
That was brilliant! As long as Charlotte didn't hurt herself.
I look forward to watching this tomorrow morning after my night shift.
Enjoy!
That tri-star looks amazing. Great themed flat.
The Afterburner suddenly started spinning really fast!
Sean’s commentary on the copper mine was brilliant. Those corners looked brutal
They were epic!
