So many designers use tan/beige/brown excessively to keep things neutral, as a person who's not a fan of that color pallet I love that they kept it neutral by using black and white. Not entirely fond of barn doors and farm sinks though, they're minor gripes.

Bro im right near prosper 10 minutes max def 20 with 380 traffic but the area is nice but man the traffic would definitely make some reconsider fs

I understand that! You can go to Celina and other surrounding areas and get a home on an acre for about the same.
