About 15 years ago I had a burn out and my life stood still. And then, one day, when I played Bob Marley with this number (lively up yourself) I started to feel some energy again and carefully danced on his music. It slowly made me feel alive again. This is still one of my favorite songs, I have a precious memory of it; it really makes people lively up theirselves

Not many realize that Marcia Griffiths is the singer of everyone's favorite wedding dance: her song "Electric Boogie" is....The Electric Slide! There's a suggestion for ya! ...and something that I'm willing to bet a LOT of people don't know is that guitarist, Al Anderson, who did many tours with the band, is American.

Check out Bob on the Old Grey whistle test. Bob, Pete tosh and bunny wailer. No video recorders then, you either got home to watch it or missed it. Bob doing concrete jungle and stir it up is one of my all time favourites. Effortless talent.
