I have worked in BPO for more than a decade and i have seen/witnessed people na magaling sa start but bigla mawawala or tanggal, discipline issues most of the time. At the same marami ako na witnessed na really struggling sa process/product knowledge at first pero sila pa tumatagal and na po-promote because along the process of learning, they kept their discipline and values intact.
