October is the worst month for me as a teacher bc of conferences taking so much time, fall festival, Halloween, kids get comfortable and you can see some bad behaviors come out. At least for me it’s the most stress! Then November is super chill and the breaks!
We get two long observations and about five or six short observations per year but if you have been teaching at the school for longer than three years, it's just one long observation per year.

For the music: I pay for thematic music and they have variety of music that is just instrumental and ones singing!
