I had that cranked on my 5.1 system. That was almost sensory overload. If that video had been a few minutes longer I may have had a braingasm. That Porsche and the sound its making is automotive art. The driver knows exactly what he's doing with that beast too. Great footage as always.
Ok, you know how videos make cars look deceptively slower, well this onboard shot by "Willi" makes this thing scary lookin' to drive. Bloody hell this thing is fast! Also, this is top notch footage, whoever filmed this should be filming for epic shows like Top Gear. Imagine what he could do with cameras worth 100's of thousands. Great job!
@theophileification I have asked the driver, he gives me the following informations: The Porsche was built in1974, the enginge is enlarged to 3.4l Weight ~800kg, HP 350...
Well sorted out Porsche and talented driver. It the car is a 1974 it has been backdated to a 1973 RSR. The 1974 911 RSR had turn signal lenses in the bumper not the fender. The engine sounds like a short stroke 3.0 liter bored to 3.4 with a fantastic close ratio transazle. Almost sounds like a sequential shift setup and with a horsepower to weight ratio of an LMP1 what can I say? The video speaks...........fantastic job. Hope to see more of this car and this driver.
Porsche originally never intended the 911 to be a racing car, but it turned out to be one of the most successful production based racing cars of all time.
Very nice video for certain...super sound and a Beauty and the Beast 911 RSR. This is a great 4+ minutes of running hard...a Real Driver and Magnificent Porsche... PERFECT ! Hats off to MPZRACEVIDEO thanks for this ride !
Thanks for replying, nice quility, nice editing, nice videos, Im a big fan of motorsports, Id like to travel to Europe some day and see some good races, cheers from Guatemala
really great playlist :) , this 911 rsr have a great setup i think . combinate to a great pilot , just amazing !!! nice colors , path , drive , car ... what else ^^ ! thx a lot for sharring
@saxmanbrad He does at 2:40. Sometimes you want full drag effect to the rear wheels when dropping a gear, like under hard brking in straight line or if you want to set up trail braking. Rev matching only helps if your in situation that you dont want to upset cars balnce with a jerky downshift. Like at 2:40 he is in a turn.
Not needed because he hits the brakes and shifts down when he´s still in the straight. When he turns he is already on the throttle a bit to avoid oversteering. And when you brake before the corner it doesn´t matter if the rear tires loose grip a bit
@movezig1 You can clearly hear him letting the clutch out without rev matching multiple times in this video.... like right before the 1 min mark for example.... and 1:15... etc.
@saxmanbrad I think because on modern gearboxes it is unnecessary, the syncros do all the work.... But on such level racer it is still weird why he does not do it?
@MPZRACEVIDEO - Awesome footage and great work! Can you find out what size wheels and tires he has on the car? I went to their website but could not get a response.
i Couldn't get that smile off of my face for 4 minutes and 17 seconds! Old Porsche sounds as good as it looks :-)
Porsche ASMR
Brought tears to my eyes.
What a beautiful machine!
With my earbuds.
It was like I was there in the car.
Absolutely magnificent!

The best! Never seen a car rotate as well as this. Lightweight FTW!! I have been watching this video for years now!!
I can listen to this sound all day long...

Awesome vid, thanks for putting it up! Also, well done on the sound, truly feels like I'm there in person :)
I love the way he handles it on that minor grip loss 2:19

Dear Porsche, you make amazing sports cars. Please make them sound like this one?
Thats the Real Porsche Sound

Awesome man, especially the onboard cam.

Fantastic video and sound! I love the onboard!
What a complete BOSS!
It looks so nimble! So agile!
please dear Lord i want this car NOW!!!! i only live once what a great car
I LOVE that 911!!!!!!
This thing is just a beast
Awesome video!
thats a badass porsche
At the start of the run :21, I'd rather hear the white car that was up next. Now that Delta S4 is a beast!!
THAT THING IS BAD ASS!!!
The 911 came out in 1963 as a touring car. People didn't start racing them until the early 1970's.
Respond to this video... I'm already subscribed..Thanks for the awesome videos!
Is he keeping the clutch in for too long when downshifting? Looks very tricky when downshifting. I get the feeling the rear is about to break loose.
what a beauty !
That steering seems so tight and responsive. I bet the launch is great too,
I have never seen this channel, looks promising, Ill subscribe and see what happens
Original Bad Ass RSR. Nothing better.
DAMN!!! What a great road !!😄😄
I enjoy the ride beautiful sound!
Criticizing a driver better than 99.9% of us? Really? His technique seems to work for him.
@movezig1 You can clearly hear him letting the clutch out without rev matching multiple times in this video.... like right before the 1 min mark for example.... and 1:15... etc.
i love the classic orange
Wow the sound is so good :)
@saxmanbrad I think because on modern gearboxes it is unnecessary, the syncros do all the work....
But on such level racer it is still weird why he does not do it?
very good video.
wow... that is insane fast
pacrat90 h
That is one bad ass Porsche. Although I'm not a big fan of the color. Even though it does work on the car.
nice driving
is there any reason why he doesnt rev match on the downshifts?
Nice. I think he could benefit from a spacer bringing the steering wheel a bit closer. He looks like he is having to reach.
Awsome sounds from that 911! Is that a Rennshifter w/ a 2 inch extended lever?
I LOVE THAT CAR
nur noch geil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
best looking porsche ever? I think so
Nice, welcome...
New videos will appear weekly! Meanwhile i's a good idea to check our huge stock of videos...
Is he using the 3.2 carrera engine? That thing is a rocket!
there were 911's racing in the 24hrs of lemans in 1966;)
Das is ein Otto!!!
@MPZRACEVIDEO
I'm already subscribed. Thanks for the videos!! Wicked!!
Keep the revs up and that thing flies.
@MPZRACEVIDEO - Awesome footage and great work! Can you find out what size wheels and tires he has on the car? I went to their website but could not get a response.
is that the 2.1 turbo?
Awesome!
Got any video of that delta s4?
@MPZRACEVIDEO what exhaust?
So cool
@BD3audio This is a slalom- and hillclimb-car. What you need is torque, not rpm!
i love german cars.. mostly bmw and audi and such. and i love rally.
The real Porsche,vrooooooooooooooooooooom pop,
You got that right! :)
Holy moly.....that sounds good!
What the fu** this guy's doing with my weekend car here?!?!?!?^^ :p
FLD sent ya here
Whats the specs on this car?
Wowwww 2:18 slicks......
Impressive
eargasm!
y dose this vid look sped up slightly?
Good!
I swear to god it feels like I'm whatching a gran turismo 5 replay...
sweet video though!
Great... ;-)
@wordreet I'm comparing it to ACTUAL GT racing, as in, 24 hours of LeMans, Sebring, etc. Not Gran Turismo.
I wish I had my bike there!!!!!unfortunately here in florida no such roads with twisties exist...................Sad for sports bike riders everywhere
Wow !
You need one of these to match your KTM.
pretty awesome... but why doesn't the driver rev-match his downshifts!!??
