Nothing, they're accusing City top executives of committing financial fraud. The PL don't call it that but that's what it is. Now, that's a serious charge meaning if they do charge City with those accusations then they would need to provide proof of this crime (which I guarantee you they don't have any). If they can't provide proof and still charges City, the club will then take the PL to the high Courts where this entire case will be dismissed completely. Hope this answers your desperate day dreaming!!

@@Dmanz67 Betancur is a better midfielder than Sarr or Bissouma. KDB is also not at full fitness, Haaland out, Akanji, Stones, Grealish, Doku all working their way back from injury. So I don’t think Spurs had any real disadvantage, maybe the opposite.

The surprise is that Xavi Alonso is currently doing so well with Leverkusen a Club that never won the Bundesliga even with the the spending power of "Bayer". Leverkusen had spending power for a long time, and they had good recruiting department for a long time.
