Thank you Ryan. This knowledge seems to come forth from a deeply profound place,of having reached a place, from which NO ONE RETURNS.Because you have experienced that, your words on the true meaning of being WHOLE, & living the true energy of each planet, has truly penetrated the consciousness.Grateful for this talk. Its one of your very best.Bravo.
First time that i'm listening to you sir, came here by 'accident' just now my mind is overreactive and very controlling because of fear and my body became sick. Thank you.
Such a beautiful explanation. Sometimes simplicity is just...boring, lol. But you are absolutely right about understanding the highest quality of each planet, and then being aware of how we express it. Your videos always carry such profound messages. Thank you ❤
Brilliant, Ryan. You're a super smart dude. I'm terrible at predicting things and am even unsure about which zodiac to use (I use 3), but I do have an ability to see the planets in people and things. It's a great way to see the world. It brings a lot of order to the chaos while simultaneously developing the perception of rasa. Re your point about meaning pacifying the mind regardless of facts - this sounds like a Moon trait. It reminds me of psychology which seems to come up with a lot of plausible but useless explanations of things. For example, a person has depression and the psychologist says it's because of XYZ traumas in their past, but in time the cause is discovered to be a gluten intolerance. Also, I think an understanding of the archetypes of the planets is a great way to determine dharma. Sometimes I hear people trying to sell me an idea that something is wholesome or normal and I'm thinking to myself, "To get that result the planet has to be afflicted in the chart. This is not the highest expression of the planet." Such afflictions are easy to see in art, food, minds, leaders...
This blew my mind away. It makes perfect sense and I want to get started right away living life by this philosophy, but I also realise it is the most daunting task EVER. Consistent Yoga and meditation practise, as also constantly staying in touch with wisdom (books, videos such as this one) should help with staying on this path, but if I promise myself to be true to this philosophy, it will obviously be the most difficult and testing (but ultimately rewarding) endeavour ever. Thank you Ryan.
Crossing the Abyss, is what western magicians call the point of no return. The mind finds security in the known, which is why we love to put all these things into boxes. But total transcendence is a full dive into the unknown, total surrender. Even in integrating the virtues of the planets, one has to relinquish their old relationship with it, and this happens by diving into the unknown, for the known is simply the karmic imprint that is already implied in the chart. The matters discussed in this video should be explored as an introductory phase before getting into astrology, it ought to really give a bigger perspective on all this
What a nice talk! It really made sense when you talked of how we develop ways to make our mind feel secure and clear so that consciousness can flow freely. So actually by constantly placating our mind in this or that way, we are trying to achieve the same thing that a person who is Enlightened has achieved. Only our achievement lasts a few moments. It made me understand the idea of surrender - because when we surrender we create a way to bypass this repeated process of the mind, and then allow consciousness to express without too much mind and fear. It made me think of Sages who tell us - that anyway, always we are trying to manifest and express the divinity in us, only we don't perceive it fully. Thanks!
I totally resonate with this I have been feeling & saying for some time now that all the outter stuff is just training wheels. My dad used to teach me similarly.
Ryan 😍 once again, such simple yet profound explanation. Thank you ! You seem to have an excellent Jupiter and Saturn due to your ability of deep understanding of things and eagle eye view on life. Some astrologers/people get so much into the details that they miss to live life naturally and from the wisdom of their heart.
I chanced on your chanel a while back...and am so glad of it. You are a true teacher...and I trust what you are saying. Thank you for that. Do gemstones, which often are recommended by astrologers to be worn...your thoughts on this, please.

absolutely agree with you.You have written what I had in my mind succinctly. Lately I have been listening to Hindu Philosophers explaining the traditional analysis of scriptures and how post modern new age 'Guru/Astrologer/Self healer/Ayurveda' movements have wiggled away the theology and world view of seminal vedic doctrines just to reach out to a larger audience and have a following.
But maybe we could ask the organizers that people like Ernst Wilhelm, Michael Reed, Nicole Brenny, Neeshee Pandit, Corey Dowds, Etc... get invited to the next one?
Now I know why my Mars in Cap. give me this juxtaposition. The soldier and farmer are a great analogy. Astrology vs religion is actually the better measure by which one can derive that conduit and improve upon the placements that are natally given. Religion is not so refined.
I feel the biggest conspiracy to derail astrology from its essence was the wrong choice of words; uccha vs. neecha as 'exaltation n debilitation'. That created interpreting everything 'good or bad, powerful or doomed' kind of extreme, shallow views among astrological circles. All planets, neither purely good or bad...they just express in different way accordingly to different horoscope. As you pointed out...'wholistic understanding' is the key in reaping the best fruits from astrological journey.
Seriously bro. Where are you getting this from? Saints have gotten full blown realization from puja and ceremony. Working with the deities IS working with the archetypes in ones chart. While it might not be for everyone, particularly those of the western persuasion you seem to cater to, doing ritual based on ones chart can be every bit and far more effective a means to work on and deal with all the things you bring up in this video. To pretend like whatever you are presenting here is somehow "higher" or more complete is absurd. I think your views have merit, but they are extremely limited and hypocritical in full light of understanding all of this. Perhaps since you are not properly versed in such ritual or have predicitve accuracy or siddhi through your own tapasya that it is easier to pretend that none of that stuff is important? Seriously, what's your game here?
@@RyansVedicAstrology That kind of response reminds me of this one time I fell off my skateboard in downtown Luxembourg. This woman offered to help me up, and when I went to grab her hand a mime started walking by who was wearing nothing but pink women's underwear and a Deicide t-shirt.

Beautifully articulated, Ryan. Thank you for sharing these concepts.

Astrology helps us see what is right in front of our nose but our Rose colored glasses get in the way of seeing anew.
Neat.

It's not the wrong choice of words, its the baggage people place on those words without fully understanding them as indicators.
Have you ever tried an ethneogen?
