The shirt folding board is great for people with disabilities who may only have one arm or not be able to use both arms in tandem.
speaking as a stroke survivor, yes it would, however my shirts are larger and not sure it would help fold mine any better
Robert Mcdonald they come in larger sizes to fit an array of tshirt sizes. You can also have someone make a custom one for you out if cardboard.
@@alexisyork3398 thanks, good to know.
Takes way too long compared to doing it manually but I totally agree with you on it being great for those disabilities, arthritis or even a broken arm/hand.
@S Lawson lol
I was watching cow’s hooves being trimmed last week-I think this is a step up.
Hoof gp? If so, same

Same 😂
Me too!
I love the Hoof GP😀
For some reason, your monotonous voice and honest reviews are so soothing to me. Whether I'm trying to sleep, or am genuinely curious about the products, you get the job done for me. Many thanks, mate!
Usually perfect for sleep, thats why im here lmao
Same.
i always end up binge watching these at 1 in the morning

Pleasant voice for sure! I like these reviews...

I'm doing the same.... At 1am. 🙄🤔😭
"...floppy noodle..."
There's a pill for that. 🤣
My friend has one of those straws and its unfortunately flesh colored....we make fun of her for it every time 🤣
They should make a folding board for fitted sheets! That I would buy.
I'm 55. I've watched several videos folding a fitted sheet and I STILL CAN'T DO IT!!!!!
I was told if you can fold a fitted sheet you're a witch lol
I use a piece of card board to help it along but honestly so tired of doing that lol
I roll them up . That's the best I can do without going nuts.
@@bertdog7639 Yep, to keep from going postal I just roll 'er up and stuff it in the closet. Out of sight, out of mind!!
I have a shirt folding board, my wife thought I was crazy when I bought it (she still does), but I love it. The first time I saw one was on Big Bang Theory being used by Sheldon.
That’s more than good enough reason to buy one 😂👏
Omgosh when I saw your comment I thought you were going to say I have a shirt folding board, my wife 🤣🤣🤣
I saw that episode too. It actually made me consider getting one. Lol
I iron all shirts and fold on the board when done :)

Regarding the shirt-folder.. Personally, I just throw my clothes in the closet like it's a garbage room most of the time. So this device would probably do wonders for me.. But then again, since I'm too lazy to even try to fold my clothes now, chances are I won't even do it with this device. (If I even could get my ass to order it in the first place).

Great review on the FLEXIT 2.0! Really creative and fair. Bonus points to mentioning the Judas Priest wristbands, ha ha! FYI, we have updated the design! We now have an entirely new battery case, hook, and even stronger magnets!
Good job upgrading based on user feedback!
The reason it didn't stick so well on the fridge is the metal on a fridge door is very thin.
I like the notebook, for a person who has had a stroke, writing and rewriting because my writing looks atrocious, the notebook would help immensely. I have subscribed because I like the fact that you post comments about products that you do not have sponsors for and you give your honest opinions that the layman can understand. Keep up the good work! I will continue to watch your reviews!
I always roll my shirts, with socks and boxers inside. Makes packing for trips a lot easier. New day, grab a new roll and go shower.
juan gonzalez i’ll try that out.
Dope idea!
Thanks for the tip.
No more stumbling around a dark room going through different drawers.
I absolutely do the same thing! It's brilliant, space-saving, time-saving, less confusing, and I just like the way my towels look all rolled in the Bathroom, and it indeed makes packing for a trip simply genius. You can fit twice, 3X as much when you roll your things! Even sheets, jeans, etc... When you live in a small studio, space saving has GOT to be perfected! 🙏😃
Bro, great idea!
The shirt jigs are useful when you need to fold hundreds of shirts for retail or the like. The shirts are generally pressed from the print shop/factory so wrinkles rarely happen.
From experience the easiest way to deal with the sleeves is to repeat the first side flap a second time. (1st side - 2nd side - 1st side - up, usually with a press or a pound of the fist to set the crease)
for the issues you initially had with the floppy straw, I recommend looking at telescoping metal ones. They're reusable, resizable (for smaller cups), and sturdy. I have a few and I LOVE them.
I don’t know why I find it so amusing when he makes blablablabla sounds with the reusable straw
When I tore my rotator cuff, I bought the clothes folder thing... it was VERY helpful and quick. My one arm technique was horrible. I rarely use it now.
Actually you can make the folding board with Amazon boxes so easily. I was about to buy a folding board but after all I made it with the boxes and I'm totally satisfied with the quality.
Then again, if you’re “environmentally conscious” and buying a drink in a plastic cup from Starbucks every day, a floppy straw is the least of your problems.
This guy doesn't have a clue to how absurd it is using a reusable straw with a non-reusable cup. I've been putting my used straws into the dishwasher for 25 years and haven't bought any new ones since then. Of course, if I go for fast food I tell them "No Straw Please".
Plus the bulky plastic case it comes in.

Oh no. Seems like the comment you've been looking for expired.
As a office supply junkie I have to say I am most intrigued by the Rocketbook Everlast Journal. I take a lot of meeting notes and then upload them to Evernote, so I definitely can see where this would cut down on me buying pads of paper.
My mom would love that shirt folder, she’s been disabled since a car accident on Christmas Eve and folding shirts has been a challenge
I have a horrible back problem and it affects standing up and taking clothes out of the dryer. Folding them is also problematic, that's why I am definitely going to buy that folder.
You could make one out of card bord and just saying i like free
hope she gets better , sorry to hear that
I have a bad back and got a folding board, what a different it made. About 4 or 5 was my limit previously but I was able to fold my entire wardrobe and they are now all the same size so stack well
I would never use the bags sealer I always end up eating the entire bag anyway 🤣🤦♂️
Someone after my own heart!!
I use the black binder clips.. they work great
ditto on binder clips
@@leedress2187 Those spring-loaded clothes pins in either wood or plastic. Cheap, reliable, no batteries required, can be used for lots of stuff.
A friend of mine bought me a wine bottle stopper with a beautiful piece of Venetian glass on the top of it. It was designed to re-seal a wine bottle if you didn't drink it all. She said it was meant as a gag gift.
Okay, for better results folding shirts with the first gadget, grab the hem of the shirt at the two sides and shake it before you put it down. That should eliminate the bunched up front.
Grab it where? What's a two side?
@@tommytoms5445 Lay the shirt flat. Look at the hem of the shirt, this is the lowest edge. Notice the middle portion of the hemmed area, do not clasp this portion. Notice the shirt has side seams, take hold of the hem at these 2 side seams.
Use google translate in future.
The only reviewing channel i love watching this guys really puts efforts in i always say "oh what if he did that or this " and i find out while watching that he thought about it and included it in his video with updates for more accuracy really thank you for making these videos you're saving lives during this quarantine
The notebook is really cool. I'd buy it. I'm a writer myself and having kids now it is hard to even decide when is best time to write in a notebook or to type on computer. Now that the actual writings can be uploaded conveniently, I won't have to shy away with anything getting possibly destroyed or a bunch of notebooks piling up taking space. Never knew something like this existed. New subscriber here! Thanks!
Google lens and office lens have a feature that I don't know if the rbook has or not: OCR.
Also, if I'm not mistaken, Microsoft OneNote has multiple features. Your kids write on the walls? Board it up and turn it into pins/stickers.
At a meeting and want to save the drawing board for a latter use, and even do direct conversions to publisher, planner or project? Microsoft lens.
"and there's Bailey!"

"Bailey!"
Memories, my bf had a couple shirt folders, he loved to buy as seen on tv. He never used it, but he had it just in case! Lol... RIP MTR 💔
He had the bag sealer too 😁
I would definitely recommend a collapsible metal straw instead of the silicone straws, and if you want to be environmentally friendly I also suggest a reusable “to go” style cup as well
Sheldon Cooper always uses a folding board for his shirts...
I was thinking the same thing. lol.
F yes i remember after seeing your comment
Same here, I loved that show.
However, James showed us that if you have skilled hands, it's just a novelty, but it is cool.
Me too, I love my board! 🙋🏻♀️
I think Sheldon using the folding board on The Big Bang Theory, is what has made it popular, and why every one wants one now.
Yea, when it's floppy it doesn't really want to go in. How life-like.
😢
Can't do the one finger technique
darkholyPL damn!

😂😂 i laughed harder at this than I should’ve
I originally wanted the same kind of straw that you reviewed, but got a 4-pack of some collapsible metal straws for christmas, and I have to say, the metal straws are very easy to control!
that shirt folder looks like it's begging to be hacked together with cardboard squares and tape
I have one of those shirt-folding things that I bought years ago. I don’t use it all the time, but I do use it to fold shirts when I’m packing a suitcase. It’s very good at what it does.
Bailey: "Ooh what you got there, buddy?"
James: "You can't have cereal, Bailey."
Bailey: "Naaww 😞"
I know! How does he resist that FACE!??! **sneaks a treat to Bailey**
Bailey, he's crazy but he's mine.
Poor Bailey. Lol
@@DonnaMSchmid I don't think he does. Bailey looks what I like to call "pluffy" and that's taking into consideration her thick fur. I think James gets weak with her and slips snacks, lol. Or baby needs a walk but wow, Vegas has to be scorching most of the year.
@@BewareTheLilyOfTheValley Pluffy! I love it!!! Hahahahahahahaha...
Love how excited you are about these reviews! Thorough work indeed.
LOL. I'm dying. That's how my husband "folds" shirts. First time I saw it I was like "Dude what are you doing!?!"
So many... "That's What She Said" moments!! Lol
I had the Eurosealer almost 25 years ago. I'm pretty sure It was free with another purchase. The OG chip bag sealer was much better than that one you got there.
4 real I STILL have mine🙋
I’m glad I watched this video! My partner is very hard to shop for lol. The flexit flashlight would make a perfect gift! He works for UPS and I think the product would make his life a little easier. Wonder if the flashlight will stick to the inside of the truck walls? 🧐
I’m definitely getting that rocket book, that thing is really cool! I’m always grabbing for paper to doodle ideas down and this would be perfect!!! I love it!
I don't know if it's the same for everyone else but if you want a reusable straw, you're probably not the kinda person who will be going into Starbucks and getting disposable cups. I tend to stay away from plastic drink cups.
I also take my own reusable cup to Starbucks.
I'm trying to do that but I tend to forget cups, but my straw is in a clip on case so I never forget it lol
Yep. Almost no one who wants to live Green will drive(!) to the next XYZ to get a disposebale Cup and get back. It's more for home usage or maybe when you go out, get a cocktail, and would get a disposable Straw in your reusable Glass or something.
And after all... if you didn't have a problem with disposable cups, you wouldn't give a single Shit about Straws anyways. The plastic lid is propably more Plastic anyway, plus the Cup itself out of Paper (or even more Plastic...)
Plus for Citizens of the EU, including myself, desposable plastic Straws will be forbidden in 2021. So either you won't get a straw at all or you can (propably) only get one reusable in the Bar or whatever that you need to give em Back.
Straw would be nice in places like the San Diego Zoo and other places that have banned straws and lids. If you're there with your little kids and they spill a lot when the drink is not covered, so they need a straw and for you to hold the cup. I don't blame the zoo, I blame all the lazy a$$ people that couldn't walk a few extra steps to a trash can to put the straws and lids into, so they don't end up in with the animals.
I actually carry a reusable straw, not because I'm necessarily trying to be green, but because none of my local restaurants offer straws anymore, and the cold bothers my teeth.
Do they make a product that can properly fold a fitted bed sheet? I would buy one!
Agreed
The only correct answer is to only own one of them (times the number of beds you own) That way you take it off, wash it, and put it back on the bed, you never need to fold it.
@@Moola868 That's how I do it. Besides not having much storage, trying to fold a fitted sheet makes me use bad words a lot. :)
A woman I knew who worked in the bedding department could fold them pretty well but not well enough to be considered "new". I worked in display and always used the patterns I liked so I could buy those "damaged" goods plus my discount. My twin bed was always dressed beautifully.
My daughter uses her elbows to somehow manipulate those fitted sheets into a perfectly folded square.
I love my Rocketbook. My favorite part is the transcription, it isn’t perfect, but then when I want to find a specific note it is much easier to search for based on keywords I knew were in the note. I use mine for business and find this the only useful note taking I’ve done in the business world, because I can easily access the notes at a later time (even without remembering exactly when I wrote it down - thanks to the transcription.).
Regarding that gadget for folding shirts, you could make something similar out of an old cardboard box.
i did that shirt folder for years in retail. haha. ours was smaller and did better
And you can also just do that technique by hand without a folder. It's pretty easy actually.
Board folding was a great way to not interact with customers
Seriously, I mastered this technique at Old Navy, no board needed!
Cool?
I did too and I still use one at home years later. 👍🏻
I'm always impressed at how real you are with the reviews - even when you didn't realize that clip came off on the bag sealer. Thanks for being authentic.
If I had to choose which product, it would be the sealer.
the issue I see with that chip bag resealer is that chips are packaged in Nitrogen Gas to help preserve them. Resealing the bag with oxygen won't keep them very long. They will still lose flavour and become stale, grant it perhaps 1 or 2 days longer than if you hadn't sealed the bag at all.
I got the biggest laugh watching you seal the bags of chips. My dogs heard the sound and ACCOSTED ME!!!! Needless to say...I then had to go give them said chips!!!
The rocket book is great however I did find a flaw, so here in Florida we can get very humid. After a long day of class and note taking in a AC building we all went outside for lunch and the temperature change and outdoor humidity caused all the notes to almost melt and some become unreadable. So now I make sure I capture the images via the app before I leave lolI think they have another version that you put in the microwave to heat up to remove the ink.
I believe that was the original version, I'm not sure if it's still available.
I'm in florida too, freaking humidity will kill anything!
Those pens are actually erasable with friction. That's why they have a rubber end. I didn't know water would work I have some write in the rain paper I used for scoring bicycle racing in the rain. I am going to give it a try.
The ink in the pens turns to a milky gray mess if it gets too hot. Such as leaving them in your vehicle on a hot day.
@@Dicyroller It's the heat causes by friction.
If you accidentally heat the page too much the writing will disappear.
There's one easy trick to revive it though: Just pop it in a freezer for an hour, and EVERYTHING ever written with frixxion pens will reappear.
For the reusable straws you should review the metal telescopic straws.
@ZaC kWinz thanks. I've been curious.
We've switched at home to stainless but I was eyeing the telescopic for when I'm away from the house.
I got a telescoping straw last spring at an international tournament I worked at. It wasn’t expensive and the organization had the cases printed with their logo. I carry it in my purse and use it when I’m out to eat. Works just fine.
A friend bought the metal straw. Broke a tooth using it. His wife is disabled, unable to speak, and banged something for his attention....oops.
Leslie Fischer, I’m going to guess that your friend didn’t have the one that has a soft silicone tip. Ouch.
Re:shirt folder. . .gimme a hanger, Hal.
Haha. “I digress!” You crack me up .
the only time i have ever seen tees folded like 3:02 is when i was working retail.
That’s what I was go I g to say. Department and clothing stores have those on rolling carts for folding clothes on displays. As someone commented above, if you had a shoulder or arm injury and are operating in “handicapped” mode, it’s pretty helpful. Also might get your kids more inclined to properly fold their shirts.
After watching this, I ordered the Rocketbook. My boss likes constant meetings and I never remember where my notes are.
Just take a picture of your notes after taking them. It's virtually the same thing.
@@jnrs9512 You don't get a reusable notebook. This is saving the trees
@@fightingfaerie Not just that, but you don't have to worry about having the right notebook for what you're doing. You can have a notepad at work and at home. Or one that lives on your desk and one that lives in your bag.
Personally, I wind up with tons of notebooks that wind up only being partially used, so this would clear a lot of clutter very quickly.
Chris L personally I think the biggest selling point is that you can search for something and it will find the notes where you had written about that thing. Rather than having to look through possibly hundreds of pictures of notes for the one you want, it will find it for you.
I would buy one too, but I'd like something a little sturdier, and maybe a form factor that fits the inside jacket pocket of my suit.
Oh my God I am so happy when you seal up the chip bags it was so funny I haven't laughed that hard and so long thank you very much yippee
Oh, man, we used to use those flip folds back when worked at Steve & Barry's. Didn't last long, as it was just a little seasonal job, but, I love those things to bits!
I have two adult sons, a son-in-law, a step-father, and three brothers I have a hard time finding Christmas gifts for. Unless you outdo yourself between now and when I start my Christmas shopping for 2020, they are all getting a Flex-it 2.0. Thanks!!
Lol
I only buy one gift for each of my grandchildren. Adults get checks. I got tired of giving and receiving useless gifts that we would designate to a box somewhere until we finally donated to a thrift shop. We buy too much crap! Christmas shouldn't be a buying spree. It has been so easy to enjoy the holidays now without the commercialism. Every year people feel they have to buy more and go deeper into debt. Time to make new rules for your family.
edit: I forgot to mention that 1. only have one grandchild born at this time (one on the way) but still send money for preparation. 2. the one grandchild already born gets a check in with the one for his parents.
I was thinking about picking one up for my dad, as he’s a long distance truck driver :)

You know, that shirt folding board would definitely make a nice Christmas or Valentine's Day gift for that special lady in your life. Side benefit, it makes folding shirts even easier for you.
the fridge steel has more Stainless Steel in it which is not magnetic enough. I'll take the rocket book
That Rocketbook would be amazing for artwork!!! I'm tempted, man.
I have that exact cutter/sealer tool. I love it! My cutter works fine. You have to make sure you are using the slanted edge of the blade, or it doesn’t cut right. So you have to make sure you’re moving it in the right direction.
What do you use it for? Most of the food I buy in bags is a single serving for me. As in I eat the entire bag.
Just discovered this today! Love it!! I’m a fan for life!! 😃
Cool Ranch in Amsterdam are called Cool American. Makes me giggle Everytime I think of it.

To be honest, the lights I use the most are those cheap $4 things you can get at Harbor Freight.

They come with batteries, but those are just cheap zinc-carbons. Upgrade to some decent alkaline types and these are actually kinda bad-ass.
I use mine all the time....most of the time as a BBQ light.
Stop playing that straw. 😂🤣😂🤣
I like the steel retractable straw, fits on my key chain! I purchased one for all our county volunteers at the animal shelters, libraries and other sites. I also use the everlast EVERY DAY and I love it. Just don't forget it somewhere hot, the ink will go clear and you'll have to stick it in the freezer and hope it comes back 🤣
First of all I don't like straws anyway... I am an adult I can drink out of a cup. Plus I don't take drinks on the go, I have my own drinks with me.
I tried once the metallic straw. Eeks... when it touches your teeth... now input the lid of and drink lake an adult...
It’s best to hold the shirt upside down by the seams to help realign the shirt. It will help reduce wrinkles.
I was thinking that too.
Yeah, you have to properly align and shake out your clothing before folding, hanging, etc.
I’d like to I formally request to see more Young James in reviews 😂
I'm surprised that you are reviewing the rocketbook. I have to say that it's amazing and I have been using one since last September. I'm very happy with it. The reviews recommend getting a second cloth for wiping it-- and I did end up getting that. Also, lately, I've been using a soft sponge on it to wipe it down (and using the cloth to dry it off) since I usually end up with a lot of pages that I need to scan and then wipe down at one time.
When I used to work retail I used them. They work well! Good job!
Fridge is stainless steel that's why. Also, who needs a battery powered light on the fridge door?
Steve and Jenny power outages lol
Who needs a light on the Fridge Door....Anyone having a midnight Snack....that's who :)
Stainless steel is still steel. The issue was the rotation not the sliding. The heavy part (the light-pad) is always going to what to work its way to the bottom, hence it rotating downward. The base didn't slide an inch. When he bent the light-pad outward it became centered over the base, hence no more rotation.
PongoXBongo the highest quality stainless will not hold a magnet. People complained about not being able to hang their children’s pictures and stuff on the fridge so they use a cheaper stainless now and make more money.
@@hiknfo/videos/videos Considering the stainless covering on a fridge is largely cosmetic and not structural, I'd rather have one that magnets actually stick too. It's a fridge, not a tank. As long as it stays cold and the doors don't fall off, what more do you need?
the last time i was this early the products were two rocks banged together.
Lol
That sounds interesting, did they work? :)

I bought the folding shirt thing about 25 years ago and I still have it lol. You can also make one out of Cardboard and wide masking tape 😁
That's a great drawing of Invader Zim! The magnetic light looks like a great safety device! But the one I want the most is the notebook as it looks perfect for mind mapping!
I'm even more old school and love taco flavored Doritios.
Great way to fold for packing clothes when going on vacation.
I used to use a folding board when I worked at a women’s clothing store. I loved it! Made it much neater and faster. The version of rocket book of which I’m familiar is the kind that when you nuke it, the pages come clean. Hmmm....this one is different! May need to check it out.
•Try the environmental straw with an icee.
•The big red flashlight looks like an old school hot water bottle😂
•You should of tested the ink on the 16 minute mark to test if it's really smudge proof.

I made a folding device like this from cardboard for my kids after I taught them how to do their own laundry. They loved it. And by the way, teaching kids to take care of their own clothes was one of the smartest things I ever did. My friends who were buried under family laundry were wildly envious -- and I asked them why they were doing their kids laundry when they were perfectly capable of doing their own.
A while back, I used to work at the Disney Store in the mall. I used the shirt folding item. I LOVED IT!!!!! It made folding shirts so much easier, since I had to fold 2 boxes of unfolded shirts at a time. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!

Lou Standards my life was rough, I had to get my own spoon.
lmao I thought the same thing
Woah, Harsh
You forgot to try the reusable straws with milk shakes from BK and MacDonald. I have the stainless steel and I'm looking for the silicone ones.
I love the Rocket book, actually have 3. A regular notebook, a clipboard one and a small one for my purse. Different places for different uses. Awesome product!
Love your reviews. I've been looking at the Rocketbook for awhile, and it would be a great replacement for taking notes on regular paper pads. I go through so many of those in a year. (The bending straw is interesting, might have to try that. Wonder how easy it is to clean?)
