2022 was one of the crappiest years I’ve lived through to date. I lost my job and was hospitalized from a breakdown. I had to give up my apt and move to a room for a year but then suddenly in 2023 life instantly flipped and everything was transformed. Sending love and light to those going through rough times. You're hyperaroused. Learn about your window of tolerance. It took me years to discover what I needed to have a day where I didn’t fall apart. I now listen to self-talk audio throughout the day. I meditate on how I would want things to be and what that would be like instead of the problem and how to solve it. Keep the end in mind. Follow your vision. Release the tension. Check in with your body. Therapy has helped me become aware of how I feel. Being brave enough to face what we’ve been hiding from is the key to success. Ultimately, we’re after finding ways to raise our self-esteem. My advice would be to set goals, and work on them one at a time. Give yourself a deadline. Make sure the goal supports your vision. Write things down. Get stuff out of your head and onto paper. Go from there
You are just a lucky man my friend. If all you are saying was true, there would not exist homeless people, or people with illness. Everything would be just fine by just waiting on the universe to make changes on our lives and by practicing positive thinking while everything is just so dark. Funny thing is that I was a crazy believer about this stuff, but now I realize that I was just crazy and desperate to believe in something. It is what it is.
Agree with you. Life and this world is harsh. Nobody is special. No god or universe care about you. It's just a lucky coincidence which will determin your destiny - time and place you have born, your parents, your genes, which will result in your view of world, which will shape your way of thinking, which will make you to make your decisions and they will result in your actions. If all that has been wrong from the very beginning of your live you have small chances for luck.

There is a lesson life keeps repeating to you that you aren’t learning. I just went through this after a long period of hardship & not recovering. And don’t think it’s anything around you being unworthy, or less than it’s most likely the opposite. I keep feeling down on myself and felt like I deserved bad things and of course I didn’t deserve to live my dreams, I must have been horrible in a past life 🤦🏽♀️ 😂 It’s funny now but it felt so real. For me, it was just feeling worthy little by little day by day and acknowledging what I was doing well. At first it seemed like there was nothing I could see worth acknowledging but it started with “I acknowledge myself for still having the desire to try even a little” I still watched videos even though I no longer believed they would work for me. Something in me didn’t give up and it seems like that’s you as well because you’re here. Start to be your biggest fan. Picture yourself as the antihero of your own movie (hero is too much pressure and I don’t want to be a villain). Laugh at the embarrassing & awkward parts, have empathy for yourself on the sad parts and root for yourself when you are facing challenges. Detach! Do everything you can to start practicing detachment and it will help a ton. God bless ❤

Feb 2024 was the toughest month of my life. Jobless, depressive episode happened, marriage is strained due to financial problems. Got on antidepressants and am trying to pick myself and family back up and put food on the table. This is a big shock in my whole life. Trying to stay positive and hope this is for the better. Wow, I needed this. My ex and his wife literally talked me into renovating my house to give my kids a home. In November they gutted my house and threw everything myself and my children owned. Even my moms ashes. Then stopped all renovations. She quit her job and said well I don't know what to tell u. I don't have the money anymore. So now here in February I have a gutted house with nothing but walls. I have been watching your videos, and it's giving me hope❤
I still can't believe that my life is better now. I lost it all 2009, even lost my mind. I'm so grateful my family saved me from sleeping who knows where possibly on the concrete. Out of tragedy comes miracles.
Thank you! It's happening now. I lost my parents. Still closing up the estate. My health has issues. My mind is feeling overwhelmed and fatigued. I have restarted my career but so far no employer has called me for a job. I feel pulled to do a business online instead. I ran out of money from the estate and the rest of it is held up because of the IRS. So, my mortgage, and utilities are behind. Dealing with a legal action on the house soon. SAD! I am facing past emotions that have been stuck inside for decades. I am 61 with so much knowledge and experience. I am so lucky to have the resources. I am doing the meditations and more from Joe Dispenza and many more. I desire to feel and hear the source again. So, YES, I do feel that something is being set up. I just have to deal with the reality now that bills have to be paid somehow.

Well can it be explained why every path I take has lead to destruction. Every time I think I'm getting close to something I fallback. Stuff is consistently happening to bring me back down. Its been this way for 3 years now. I'm in a dumpy apartment with crummy water and bugs. I work 60+ hours a week at a job that wears me down. And anytime I think I can finally get out of this life something happens and I'm still stuck. I'm constantly trying to find ways to get things to change. I was in apartment with no a\c which is terrible in the summer as I live in the south. They wouldn't fix it. So I moved and this place is even worse. Every time I think I will have a little money something like my car breaks and I'm back to living off peanut butter sandwiches and ramen noodles. I've watched alot of your videos and took your advice on alot but nothing is working. I really want change but nothing is helping to accomplish this.

One of those people is going out of his way to put me under his thumb! I am at my lowest now, for I never borrow money from people. Going to be jobless soon. Job lost can be almost like dealing with a death but I will say this. Hang in there and do know that better days are coming. When Covid hit I lost my job. It took a year and half to find one. Within in that year and half I learned some valuable lessons. I was so busy trying to find a job in my field and I mean nothing was coming my way. I thought I had landed a job in my field and a prestigious company only to get a phone call after two interviews saying the person that was going quit has decided to stay. I was devastated. Then while working this part time job a lady came in all excited about an interview she has just gone on. Our life stories paralleled each others so I was all ears. I went home that night and googled who was hiring in that field. I applied and instantly started getting responses. I went from no response to I had the option to decide which company I wanted to work for. My point is…sometimes we are so busy looking one way and God wants us to go another. Remember this on your new journey 😊.

Wow, I needed this. My ex and his wife literally talked me into renovating my house to give my kids a home. In November they gutted my house and threw everything myself and my children owned. Even my moms ashes. Then stopped all renovations. She quit her job and said well I don't know what to tell u. I don't have the money anymore. So now here in February I have a gutted house with nothing but walls.

Thank you! It's happening now. I lost my parents. Still closing up the estate. My health has issues. My mind is feeling overwhelmed and fatigued. I have restarted my career but so far no employer has called me for a job. I feel pulled to do a business online instead. I ran out of money from the estate and the rest of it is held up because of the IRS. So, my mortgage, and utilities are behind. Dealing with a legal action on the house soon. SAD! I am facing past emotions that have been stuck inside for decades. I am 61 with so much knowledge and experience. I am so lucky to have the resources. I am doing the meditations and more from Joe Dispenza and many more. I desire to feel and hear the source again. So, YES, I do feel that something is being set up. I just have to deal with the reality now that bills have to be paid somehow.

Reading some of the other more negative comments (people have a right to be negative when it's all falling apart) I can see how we could all adopt a less helpful attitude and then when I see your post and others like it, I instantly feel uplifted and certain that things will work out.

Well can it be explained why every path I take has lead to destruction. Every time I think I'm getting close to something I fallback. Stuff is consistently happening to bring me back down. Its been this way for 3 years now. I'm in a dumpy apartment with crummy water and bugs. I work 60+ hours a week at a job that wears me down. And anytime I think I can finally get out of this life something happens and I'm still stuck. I'm constantly trying to find ways to get things to change. I was in apartment with no a\c which is terrible in the summer as I live in the south. They wouldn't fix it. So I moved and this place is even worse. Every time I think I will have a little money something like my car breaks and I'm back to living off peanut butter sandwiches and ramen noodles. I've watched alot of your videos and took your advice on alot but nothing is working. I really want change but nothing is helping to accomplish this.

One of those people is going out of his way to put me under his thumb! I am at my lowest now, for I never borrow money from people. Going to be jobless soon. Job lost can be almost like dealing with a death but I will say this. Hang in there and do know that better days are coming. When Covid hit I lost my job. It took a year and half to find one. Within in that year and half I learned some valuable lessons. I was so busy trying to find a job in my field and I mean nothing was coming my way. I thought I had landed a job in my field and a prestigious company only to get a phone call after two interviews saying the person that was going quit has decided to stay. I was devastated. Then while working this part time job a lady came in all excited about an interview she has just gone on. Our life stories paralleled each others so I was all ears. I went home that night and googled who was hiring in that field. I applied and instantly started getting responses. I went from no response to I had the option to decide which company I wanted to work for. My point is…sometimes we are so busy looking one way and God wants us to go another. Remember this on your new journey 😊.

Wow! What impeccable timing, I believe that the windfall of all the bad things that have been happening in my life lately one after the other are truly preparing me for greater things! To anyone going through bad times and seems like it’s nonstop just know this test of your strength and grit will make you come out of everything a stronger person.
