Investing in a Jim's Skip Bin franchise turned out to be quite expensive for me. I often questioned the feedback we received here in South Australia, as it seemed we weren't getting what was reasonably expected. The stress of wondering if the business would fail, combined with minimal support from the franchisor, was overwhelming. After just 12 months, I decided to leave and haven’t regretted it since. I’m now thriving without them! Trust me, there’s a better way! Jim's is so 1990's.
It's quite intriguing, and I now realize that my compliments or complaints conveyed via calls and emails to companies (Jim's excluded, since I've never engaged with them) truly have a human aspect, and the core message is hopefully relayed to the team. For instance, today I contacted a factory bakery to express my dissatisfaction with their product being removed from my local service station, which is a highlight of my smoko, and how its absence will significantly affect my Fridays at work.
Very interesting and Insightful. Thanks for the brilliant video Luke.

I honestly think you would make more money going out and mowing lawns yourself.
