Salmon and smoked salmon are very connected with Canada for me, and here I'm making a Super Simple Smoked Salmon Pâté to share my love of this wonderful wild food. This pâté is not only simple, it's fast and easy to make and wonderfully delicious. We like it served on toast or cucumber slices or as a dip with carrot sticks or bread sticks.
