All of your videos are accurate to the T.
In regards to the schools, I can’t talk for all of them, but I know Ridgemore elementary is amazing and also Santa Rosa Academy, Santa Rosa really goes unmatched. It is K - 12. It’s truly is an amazing school. it ranks like 8000 nationwide.
2 other cons in my opinion
(#1 there are lots of Karen’s)
#2 (There is absolutely no entertainment for adults or young kids/teenagers no movie theaters, no clubs, no bowling, no nightlife at all.
I lived in the city of Menifee for 24 years and I love it even with the heat, traffic and all the growth I still love it.

People should start using the words "over 1/2 million" for most houses in the area to remind everyone how out of control cost of housing is for most average people.
